We asked for a deep clean and we definitely got one. Dana and Amber did a very thorough job and were very courteous and worked around us being here. Will use again!!

Would not recommend. Paid for the move out clean. Was supposed to be a top to bottom clean. Long story short, they missed multiple areas, had to come back and still didn’t get it all after the second time around. Disappointed to say the least.

Haleigh & Tiffany did a terrific job of cleaning the office today! They took the time to put the kitchen mats back where they belong, and turned up the chairs in the break area to vacuum under them. Excellent Work!

This business does a great job and is very flexible in scheduling. I've never been dissatisfied when using them and it's been about three months. My favorite day is the day they come clean my house!

The two young women who came to clean our place were prompt, professional and personable. Their work was thorough, careful and fast. Good scheduling and follow up throughout the process. We're looking forward to their returning.

I do not recommend this company. I was very disappointed with the service. They did not bring supplies or products to clean my house (no furniture polish or vacuum cleaner?). They did not clean the base of the toilets and I do not believe my floors were mopped. I have tried on numerous times to contact the company and have had NO response. I did not consider my home ‘clean’ after they had completed the job. And the company makes you prepay prior to their arrival at your home.

The girls were so nice and friendly and did a great job! It certainly took a load off of my plate! The house looks great! I would definitely use them again! Thank you!

Love the Two Maids crew! I had them work over my grandmothers home and it's never looked better. From scrubbing tubs, to hardwood floors... they do it! And very trustworthy-which is hard to find! Highly recommend and can't wait to use them on my own place.

Girls are polite and they get right to work. Some girls are better than others, but the lead girl was excellent. (Danielle) she kept going to assist the new girl while trying to complete her work in a timely manner. A couple of things were missed but I blame myself for that. She asked if I wanted to check everything when they finished, but I didnt. I had a team prior(Danielle) with a different girl who was perfect an I made an assumption. The girls are always courteous and polite. A+ behavior

So today I finally had my first cleaning with Two Maids and a Mop of Daphne. I had scheduled a while ago but had to keep rescheduling. They were early, which was good for me since I was out running errands. When I arrived home I found a few things that I didn’t like about the service... I am sure it’s picky but if I pay for a home clean, I want it done properly. But I also do recognize that it being the first clean, it takes a few times to get used to how I want things. First off, and this could have been a huge huge problem if I hadn’t of arrived home shortly after they were finished, my cats were locked in the master bedroom screaming to get out. If they had been locked in there for a while this could have resulted in them scratching up the carpet or them going to the bathroom in the bedroom. Also, all of the blinds were left wide open. I live in a nice community, but anyone walking buy could see right into my place and see I wasn’t home and see the nice things I have. That is a huge problem for me. If I had been out of town, this could have been very bad.
Then just a few small things... the master bed the comforter wasn’t made up on the bed but folded over at the bottom like it was a throw blanket. In the bathroom I had used qtips that I had forgotten to throw away on the counter top that were in the drawer instead of thrown away. The shower still had some hair in it. In the kitchen the mat in front of the sink was folded up and placed on top of the trash can? The wine bottles were messed up and fallen out of the wine rack. The entertainment center bottom shelves were not dusted but the cabinet doors were shut.
Other than those few things they did a great job. I’ll definitely be using them again as long as these items can be addressed and rectified.

Hannah and Liz did an amazing job for us! We have a family of 5 plus a dog… they worked so hard and made our home look the best it’s looked since we moved in. We were so pleased and can’t wait to have them again!

I was disappointed with the communication surrounding the cleaning service. I was initially scheduled for morning. The day before my appointment I was asked if it was okay if the cleaners could arrive between 12:45 - 1:45. I responded that this was fine. The day of the appointment the cleaners didn’t show up until 3:00. Of course I reached out to see if everything was okay and if the cleaners were still planning on coming. I think it was extremely unprofessional to show up this late and to have the customer be the first to reach out. Additionally, I paid for a one time deep clean. The cleaners did a good job and were certainly nice people, but I found several spots they missed. They left the house at 5:00. I do not think they did as thorough of a job as they could have because of the time of day.

We had 5 "premium" cleanings from Two Maids before we discontinued the service. The first cleaning was fantastic and well worth the money. Every cleaning after that was a different set of cleaning ladies, even though a draw to the service is supposedly it will be the same people every time. After the last cleaning, they wiped everything in the kitchen down with a dirty rag/sponge, leaving the room actually dirtier than before they showed up. They didn't clean windows, barely touched the bathrooms, didn't vacuum, and so much else. After the 3rd cleaning I complained, and never heard from the owner. Their rating system is meaningless and their services are subpar and overpriced.
