Substandard service. 2 girls arrived on time. Sweet personalities but not trained how to clean or the art of the order. Very distractible. Half wiped counters, fully unwiped counters, bathroom wastebaskets not emptied. Dirty sheets left in chairs in family room instead of laundry room, unvaccuumed floors in bedroom, undusted surfaces in main rooms, bed making skills on par with an 8 year old. Did not lift any items on shelves. Did not sweep or dust under any furniture. Shady policy of wanting your cc before appointment when they know your address to bill it-not secure, no portal. The worst is the owner doesn’t respond for hours and then after seeing photos that “it will take them a few times” to get to everything??? No, they didn’t even clean what they were supposed to. The professional and standard response is to arrange a time to come back and fix the issues. Please see photos. Dont recommend.

If you are looking for goof service I highly recommend this company. I did the deep clean package and trust me you would not be disappointed. I had three amazing ladies: Hannah, Catlin, and Kerrington who were wonderful. I called to sign up for the recurring because of how happy I was with the outcome and how polite they were. Thank you ladies for everything!

This location of two maids is not worth paying for, I work for another location so I booked my mom a cleaning for her birthday with high hopes, they missed so much in a 3 hour design with time they halfway tried and they had plenty of time to complete the work. Everything from floors to dusting was missed in each room I the main thing on our priority list was dusting and floors. I reached out to them via email and I have yet to hear anything it's ridiculous and unprofessional

Hired this company to deep clean whole house before moving in after purchasing it. We were out of town so couldn’t be there to oversee but trusted they’d do a good job based on reviews, and considering we paid them around $500 for the cleaning.
The house was completely empty. They were supposed to lean top to bottom. But after we finally arrive we’ve found filthy ceiling fans, walls weren’t cleaned off, bawled boards were dirty, dirt around light switches and door handles. They did a terrible job, we felt totally robbed. Unfortunately we were too busy and overwhelmed with trying to move in and get the house in order so didn’t address it right away with this company. This terrible experience has been nagging at me and I feel the need to share with others. They might do a good job if you watching over the shoulder but wouldn’t trust them with doing move-in clean especially if you’re not there to inspect.

Absolutely love the company and service they provide. My wife and I were looking for someone to help since I became disabled and they have definitely came through. I recommend them to anyone looking for one time deep cleaning service to their monthly cleaning services. We started with one time and loved the professionalism of the company and now have them coming in once a month.
