They did a premium clean on my house and it looked fantastic!! My baseboards, blinds, counters and cabinets were spotless!! Love the quality of clean they provided! It was so nice to come home from work and have my house look spotless!! Having them clean my house has given me back my off days--no more rushing around trying to do it myself!!

First time cleaning. Ladies were to arrive at 2 PM and arrived after 3 PM. Got to work right away, they were friendly and courteous. Not happy with cleaning of cooktop, microwave and sliding glass doors in den. One of the maids was training the other one. I am willing to continue to work with them to see if cleaning improves. They were not as good as the housekeeper I have used the last two years.

Such a great job done by the folks that came to my house to clean. Nothing is better than coming home a nice clean house. I know my place was a bit of a challenge but, the crew did an amazing job. Looking forward to their return in 2 weeks.

We loved our first clean from 2 Maids, so I’m glad we signed up for recurring visits. It was such an easy process from quote to finish, and was a much more positive experience than any other cleaning company we have used! Definitely recommend!

First time using them. They were prompt and were able to clean a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment very quickly. Did not cut any corners. Have used other cleaning services before and was very happy with the service I received from Two Maids & A Mop. Would use again.

The entire process with Two Maids and a Mop was effortless. Kayla was wonderful through booking, rescheduling and answering all of my questions as a first time client.
The team was right on time, very friendly and professional. Cleaned very efficiently and did an awesome job. This service holds a huge value for me and the price was very reasonable for all they provided. Extremely happy and will absolutely be using again and again.

We had our first service and it was very well done. Hannah cleaned and was very professional and thorough. We booked an appointment online on Friday night for Monday morning and were able to get in very happy with the end result and looking forward to our regular service.

Today was our first cleaning. Ashleigh and Danielle were very professional and courteous and did a very nice job cleaning our home. I had a neighbor unexpectedly stop by later in the day and the first thing she said was “You’re house is so clean!” This absolutely reassured me that the young ladies did a very nice job! Thanks ladies and will see you next time!

Moesha and Liz showed up right at 8am and got to work. They were both very nice and friendly and easy to communicate with. The cleaning looks great, I am very pleased. And I even asked for one last thing to be done at the end and they were both very nice and quick to do it. Excited to use this service again next month! The appointment set up and follow up was very easy and professional!

The baseboards were not clean, the fans had dust on it, the bathrooms still had iron (pink color) showing up because it was never wiped. I asked for a premium clean and didn’t even get a spot clean. I spot cleaned the baseboards and everything before just so that I could get the best possible clean out of their time. My expectations were far from met. I can provide pictures if I need to. I was hoping to build a relationship and was very disappointed. I will not likely recommend the Services because a premium price Should include a premium service. That is not what was provided and I even met with the ladies to show what I wanted. My rug was not even clean- dirt, leaves, etc we’re still visible. I would have expected the things in eye sight to have at least been cleaned. I have high expectations and understand that may not have been the service your company intended to provide, but that is why I took the time to talk to Tina about what would be provided with each clean( high dusting/baseboards/ outside cabinets wiped/ my floors to be mopped( there’s no way it was mopped because my nephews spilled drink was still on the floor from this past weekend). Honestly, unacceptable.

Was very hopeful! However, they sent ONE maid, who did a 2385 SF house in 3 hours. She cut every corner possible. Dusted around items, left fur on upholstery as directed by management (no one offered this request at an additional cost), left the refrigerator door handles unwiped/crusty, ignored where we said spare trash bags were kept, so didn’t use. Left trash can lid dirty, Added streaks to hardwood floors, instead of properly cleaning. Not even the bare minimum done. But we got to pre-pay the full $171 rate. Management said our “team” of cleaners was coming, but never informed it’d be half the crew, but kept to the same cleaning time! Never said anyone was out sick, nor offered any remedy. Cleaner also tried to market her personal cleaning services, which isn’t a good sign. Will never recommend, nor use again.

The Hannahs (yes, both our maids were named Hannah) were wonderful! We needed a deep clean for the house we rented that was not cleaned well before we moved in. The maids arrived on time and walked through the house with me before starting. When I got home from work, the house finally smelled clean (not like the previous tenant's dogs) and looked great! Everything was as spotless as possible!!!! The dogs loved them, too!

I highly recommend this cleaning service. Haley and Erika, our maids, were punctual, polite and hardworking. My house looks amazing and smells great! They did such a thorough job cleaning and I am very happy with this service. They even dusted walls and corners! Great service! Planning to use them on a monthly basis.

The two workers that came yesterday to my house had never been there but did an excellent job! We have four dogs so you can imagine the dust and after the clean everything was sparkling, the floors looked great and no dust anywhere! I so appreciate people who take pride in their work and do it well!

Easy to book appointment, good communication from everyone involved. The two ladies who did the work did a fabulous job. It would have taken me all day to do a move-out clean on that condo and they did the job in 2-1/2 hours. I will definitely use this service again when needed. Thank you!!!

What an amazing company. They accommodated me on short notice with an appointment. The ladies did an outstanding job on cleaning my new apartment for move in. I look forward to continuing service with this company. I have used several other companies in multiple cities and states over the years, the service from Two Maids & a Mop was far superior to past experiences. I hope to see both Skye and Sunny for my future cleanings. These ladies were very efficient, effective, professional and friendly. So happy to have found this company!

So very pleased with this service. Booking was easy. I was kept up to date about the process and expectations. The two ladies,Michelle and Hannah, arrived on time. They did a fabulous job cleaning my home. They were very professional. So nice to see two ladies with such an good work ethic. Would definitely use and recommend them and this service.

We were floored by the level of kindness, thoroughness, and quality of work from the three girls that came! Hannah, Gabby, and Erin were an absolute delight. They even stayed late just to make sure we were well taken care of. They were seriously the sweetest and we were beyond satisfied by them and their work. They did a move out clean for us. Moving out is always so stressful, but they helped make the process much less stressful. We can’t recommend them enough. They were even patient with our 4 year old that wanted to go inside every 10 minutes to say hey to them and chat. To Hannah, Gabby, and Erin, thank you times a million.

Abigail and Alexis with Two Maids did a great job deep cleaning our house this month - cleaned baseboards, windows, microwave, oven, bathrooms, all rooms and floors. Our house looked great after they cleaned it! I would definitely recommend them!
