We had our air conditioning unit fixed this weekend after our upstairs unit unexpectedly stopped cooling, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He also took the time to explain everything clearly, which we really appreciated. We were so pleased with the service that we decided to cancel our services with our previous HVAC company and we will only be using this company in the future for all our HVAC needs. Reaves came out to my house on a Sunday to check out by non-functioning AC . He was thorough, professional, and polite. He explained exactly what was going on, gave me advice and worked to get me the most affordable solution. He had a service technician, Jacob out the next day. I noticed both of them arrived at the beginning of the appointment’s time block. Jacob stayed in touch with me about issues that came up. He was very efficient and professional as well. Wonderful experience !

The Air Solutions Team headed by Reeves is thoroughly professional, prompt, and quick. The Prices are fair and reasonable. Suggest becoming a member of their club for very cheap price come periodically to check out your system. Gives me great comfort. I had them replace all my systems.

Jesse Eddy just came out for preventative maintenance and was Amazing! He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

My whole experience was top notch! Our AC froze up while we were on vacation and my mother-in-law was watching the kids and house. Reaves answered on a Sunday evening and helped me troubleshoot through the issue that day to get up and running. They scheduled maintenance within 2 days to do an inspection and got the unit back in great shape! Jesse was our AC tech and was on time, communicated throughout the process well, and treated our house like their home.

Our upstairs AC went out, and our home warranty company sent out 2 different HVAC companies a total of 5 times over 2 months. Once the AC started working, we started getting leaks in multiple places. Nobody could figure it out, and we were getting increasingly frustrated. Air Solutions and specifically Jesse were recommended to us by our plumber, and I called on a Friday afternoon desperate for some help. Jesse made it a point to come out the same day, which was huge in itself. He was friendly, knowledgeable and more than fair in trying one thing at a time so I wasn’t paying an arm and a leg off the bat. Most importantly, he thought outside the box and ended up finding that an outside pipe was clogged and was the reason the AC unit wasn’t draining. He fixed it quickly and thoroughly and gave us peace of mind after 2 months of dealing with issues. It’s very hard to find honest, reliable HVAC companies, and Air Solutions is just that. We will never use anyone else!

Jesse was great! He fixed an AC issue that we had today. Very very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. He troubleshot the problem in no time and then did a quick root cause analysis to identify the originating issue to truly remediate the problem. Great job I would highly recommend!

Can’t say enough great things about their service. We had problems with our newer unit (installed by another company) and came home to a 85 degree home. My wife is 7 months pregnant, so this was an issue that needed to fixed asap.

I gave Reeves a call and he sent Jesse out right away. Within 20 minutes of my original call, Jesse was at our front door and went through everything and ultimately fixed our problem. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and we decided to sign up for their annual service plan. Extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend.
