I called 5 star Heating and Air to fix the a/c unit at a small historic rental home I own in downtown Foley. Tyler called back to tell me when he could arrive and checked in to confirm his arrival time as the appointment time got near. He also included a picture of himself so we could easily identify him upon arrival. He evaluated the problem in the unit and explained it to me in terms that were easy to understand. He explained what needed to be done to resolve the problem, approximately how long it would take him and suggestions to keep the problem from occurring again. The charge for his expertise and repair were very reasonable. With this excellent work and reliable service, 5 Star Heating and Repair is definitely on my list of recommendations for anyone needing excellent heating and air repairs !

They made my AC replacement very easy. Their price for replacement was about $2,000 less than I had been quoted by another company. Overall the process was very easy and they took care of everything.

5 Starr Heating and Air helped me out with an AC problem. The first company I called could not come for a few days. They wanted to order a motor for the system. When I asked if they came to look at it, I was told no, but that is what they thought the problem was. The 2nd company I called said what would fix the problem, with discounts, would cost $2400 and be scheduled the following week. I talked to Shane at 5 Starr. He sent over one of his guys. He took the upstairs thermostat which was working and tried it downstairs which was not working. The problem was a flawed thermostat. I paid $79 with the upstairs thermostat moved downstairs. Another thermostat will be ordered. Remarkable... I am so grateful for Shane and his staff at 5 Starr Heating and Air.

Looking for an HVAC company you can trust look no further! Shane and his guys were excellent! They were promptly on time and the most reasonably priced that I could find in the area. They will have my business going forward.

We've had our ac two years now and they have not serviced it yet!!!! Even worse though when we were sold the unit he suggested an upgraded AC system because our home is larger than most, including "black" ductwork that's supposed to handle higher volumes of air but it was never installed. All they did was replace one line with a silver flex duct and left it laying on the ground. $15,000 for the unit and $900 for duct that was never installed!! I complained about it the next day! It took two weeks to get them back out and when they came they just hung the silver flex and left.... I called and complained again and have not heard a word from them yet!! Two Years!!!!!!

I cannot express how appreciative I am of this amazing company. I wasn’t committed to buying an air conditioner yet and they did not pressure me to purchase. They made some temporary fixes to buy me some time. After researching several companies, I found Air Solutions to be the best bargain, most professional employees, and a joy to work with- highly recommend.

Air Solutions is fast, friendly and affordable. They were able to get us in not only last minute but on a weekend and diagnose our problem. They were back out to fix it within a few days with a price that didn't break the bank. Very thankful for them and their services.

OUTSTANDING service!! Cant say enough good things! Reaves came out today, (Memorial Day Weekend), and got us going in a matter of minutes. Jacob Hayles and Reaves Nelson with Air Solutions did a great job replacing my upstairs heat pump. They were on time as scheduled and in budget as quoted. They texted me prior to arrival. They even secured some extra wiring in the attic space that was not run properly by the prior owner. I highly recommend their services.

This is the second time I’ve called Air Solutions with happy endings! Reaves is extremely knowledgeable and not only accurately diagnosed our issues, he quickly repaired the problems at a VERY reasonable price!
