Worked night shift for 12 hours Friday night and came to my house being 78 degrees with my wife and one month old asleep sweating. After attempting to contact Hansen Air, Keith AC, Hembree, Grayson and a few other companies, I came across AC Solutions. I called Adam at around 6:40AM. He was at my house by 8:00AM. Mind you I’m in Saraland and he is in Daphne/Spanish Fort area. Once Adam arrived, he quickly assessed the problems with my unit and got to work. When he fixed one thing, he found another small issue and quickly fixed it. AC Solutions is worth every penny. This company displayed that customer service is paramount. I cannot thank him enough for his efforts and service. If you have any problems with your AC and don’t feel like dealing with the big brand boys such as Hembree, Hanson, Keith, ext. call them. Only reason he is five stars is because it would not give me an option to put a sixth.

Ahh, nice and cool again on a day that hit 96 degrees. AC stopped working at 11 pm Friday night, found Adam at AC Solutions in a Google search that had a place to write a message. I wrote and he responded even though it was late. Said he could be at my house the next morning. He came and quickly pinpointed the bad capacitor in my outside unit. Replaced it and got it running. I had not told him that I had taken the cover off my blower unit in the attic friday night in a failed effort to figure out something myself and so the house was getting hotter. Git up to 86 degrees inside. I called Adam again and he said he would be right over. 30 minutes later he was there and went up in my attic. He immediately saw and fixed the situation. The house began to cool and now we are comfortable and happy. Adam is kind, professional and very knowledgeable. I know who I will use for any of my AC needs.

I had an issue where a blower motor on one of my units completely quit working. While I probably could have gone up into the attic and diagnosed/fixed this issue myself, I didn’t really want to spend that much time in my attic in the summer heat and I was interested in checking out other companies in the local market after a bad experience with a large “trusted” local provider.

Adam was great! He showed up within about an hour of calling, compared to a scheduled appointment a day or two later with some companies, and was extremely efficient and professional. He went above and beyond to check the overall health of the unit and not just fix the current issue as well as check on any other concerns I may have had with my other units. The pricing was in-line with what I would expect from an HVAC repair service for the services performed and he is charging reasonable rates which still cover his cost, labor, and overhead without charging extreme overhead like some of the bigger companies in the area do just because they can get away with it. I would highly recommend giving Adam a call for any of your HVAC needs and I am positive that you will be happy that you did!

I called Adam early Tuesday morning at around 6:30 and he was there by 8 am. He fixed the problem and told me what also needed to be done. He returned the next day and completed all the work and I decided to take out a service contract on my unit as well. He was very professional and cleaned up the mess from the equipment change. I couldn’t even tell he had been there at all! AC Solutions will be doing all the work on my A/C from now on!!! I highly recommend AC Solutions if you need A/C work!!!
