Mr. Scott Adams was our service agent for our A/C checkup. He is very professional and took so much time to explain certain things to us. I had mentioned our heat was not or seem to be working properly and he showed us why and ordered the parts we needed and waited here for delivery. We were very pleased with his work and cleanup efforts. We certainly hope he will be available to service our home again when the time comes.

We had some techs come out to our house when our air was not cooling. They were kind, but told us that we needed a new unit and that we had leaking coils. They quoted us a price for the new unit. We called to get a second opinion, and it turns out that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our unit. Just needed a small compressor to fix the issue. Not sure if there was something wrong with the leak test or if it was an issue of dishonesty. Shout out to our second opinion company, AAA Heating and Air, for being truthful and saving us $6000. Call them first!

Rob is the best service person I have ever had to service my h/c needs. He is always on time, extremly knowlegeable, takes time explaining what he is doing, is very professionable and is always friendly and polite. What a great asset to Climatent.

Rob is a very knowledgeable technician who helped get our thermostat (and unit) working again after another company had been out numerous times and changed a bunch of components and still couldn't figure out what was wrong. Highly recommended.

Rob came out on an emergency call when our ac went down. He fixed the problem & got it cooled back down in no time. Since then I signed up for their maintenance program. Rob always is on time. He is friendly & even let's my son watch him work. Rob is great & always takes good care of our unit.

Our upstairs return vent was leaking pretty significantly. I called Climatemp and immediately, I was impressed by the dispatcher, the office staff (Cindy was so very friendly) and the repair men who came out (Zion and Jordan). They were at my house within 2 hours of my call (on the earlier side of the 2 hour window I was given), and were friendly, professional and explained the entire procedure to me in layman’s terms. They were clean and respectful of my home. They even took time to explain the maintenance packages the company offered and which one would work for our home, without trying to sell me something that would break the bank. Honest and professional work is hard to come by these days. I look forward to this company servicing my home for years to come.

Amazing company, our ac went out during the hottest time in the summer! My wife and I called around and got many different quotes from a few other places. Climatemp was by far the best priced! She spoke with Becky on the phone and was able to have our ac unit fixed promptly! Highly recommended Climatemp for all your heating and cooling needs!

Whoever answers phones and schedules appointments doesn’t have a clue. We have scheduled two appointments and no one showed up. They want us to reschedule for a third, but I’m not wasting my time again. I called to cancel our service and was told that she would tell the owners.

Today they call and say a tech is coming to our house?? Not sure why, when I called to cancel our service yesterday and was very clear about that. I was told a manager would call me back. After an hour I called to see if the manager was available yet, and was told she’s still on the other line. We won’t be using them again, but I’d like to get our money back since they already charged our card for the service.

Also would like to add: When they installed our new HVAC system, they were hours late, and then wired it wrong. They must not have tested the system because months later when we went to use the heat it didn’t work. The tech that came out fixed the wire issue in minutes and it was fine.

We went ahead with a maintenance plan, and yet half the time they come out they are apologizing for not changing the filters because they didn’t bring the correct size?
