Knowledgeable young man, pleasant, knew his “stuff”. Hard worker. Weather was kind of bad, but he worked anyway. Got our generator back in action, and will do scheduled maintenance plus fresh battery within a couple of days. Always a good experience with this company.

I got an estimate to patch it up until spring. He said he couldn't get the heat strips working. So I got an estimate from y'all for new. $13000+ Then I called another company and got a price. Their price for brand new system $5000 less than your price ($8500). Even replaced 12 feet of duct work. As much as I liked the guy that came out, I could not pay that much more.

Called this morning with AC not working. Came this afternoon and fixed the problem. Have used this company for many years and they have always done a great job with HVAC and generator.

She went above the call of duty to assist me in explaining the unusual plumbing situation to others involved so that nothing got lost in translation. I appreciate Baldwin Heating and Cooling for getting me back right when my water pipe burst. Mr Preston was dispatched to take care of it and he was nothing short of extremely professional when he came out. He was very knowledgeable on what he needed to do and took care of me from start to finish. After he was done he even doubled back and checked to make sure the pressure in my house good. He didn't want to leave before he knew I was good to go. Give that man a raise. Don't go to anyone else because they won't give you an inch compared to what Mr. Preston and the team gave. If I could give ten stars I would. I didn't catch the woman I talked to originally that sent him out but she is a fellow veteran and took care of me and understood my plight. She was very understanding and I would like to say she needs a raise too. Overall very good customer service. Knowledge off the charts and I would highly recommend Baldwin Heating and Cooling. If I need to put a sign in front of my house for free I'd do it.

To call Ben merely a "plumber" would be akin to calling Michelangelo a "painter"—technically accurate, yet insufficient. When our kitchen sink descended into chaos, this maestro arrived and worked with the precision of a surgeon and the care of an artist. He explained everything with enthusiasm, treating our pipes as though they were treasures. Ben didn't just fix our sink—he restored our faith in craftsmanship.

I'm new to the area and was so pleasantly surprised how friendly and responsive their team is. Preston came as scheduled... Even early! He was extremely courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I needed an estimate for a large scale project and he walked me through my options. He even helped me with a side problem I was having. I will definitely reach out to them when I'm ready to get started!

Was really worried about a situation with debris backing up in both showers and neither toilets flushing! Was frightened it could be something serious. Had no idea what it could be. Sam was very professional and figured out the problem quickly, a clog from roots growing into my grinder pump basin blocking flow! He got it out of there quickly and fixed it, all while in the pouring rain! Thanks again Sam! And thanks Baldwin Plumbing!

They installed an extra vent so that my newer air conditioner had the correct amount of inflow. And they also installed something to keep the air pure and clean and free of mold.

I was given a brochure prior, when the previous guy came to do the twice-year inspection. He didn't push it on me, but he gave me options- Regarding how to get a grip on the mold and mildew that can acquire within an AC unit that is closed off.. and he showed me the mold that was growing.

In a high humidity atmosphere like Alabama.. I think this is necessary and I appreciated them showing that to me, and giving me options. They also threw in an extra air filter.

I have used a few plumbing companies locally and baldwin heating and air was by far the best. There techs were honest, professional and I am thoroughly impressed. My technician Preston was super knowledgeable and it was a great experience.

Austin with Baldwin heating and cooling is the only person I have come to trust and after both and upstairs and downstairs systems being replaced (upgraded).. has also become a friend (just the kind of person he is). Super knowledgeable, personable and a natural teacher. That’s important to me, to be able to understand the “why” of things. All of that alone should be enough but Austin is meticulous, the job has to be done the right way the first time in his eyes, he takes pride in his work and that is a testament not only to his character but to Baldwin Heating and Cool as well. Special mention to both Gavin and Clay (these guys are a couple of their senior installers with the company). They were here with Austin all day yesterday replacing my system. Their tireless work, craftsmanship and ingenuity was put to the test with how they had to finagle the system into place. It’s awesome and works almost too well! Just an outstanding job all around. Additionally, all these gentlemen were well dressed, professional (and pretty funny).

The follow-up is something I appreciate as well. There’s a lot of HVAC companies around. I can’t stress enough the importance of great customer service. Highest marks guys.

Service technician showed up on time , greeting me with a hand shake. I told him the problem we were having, he immediately went to diagnostic tests to determine what was wrong, furthermore explained how the system works and gave his personal opinion on what would be the best way to rectify the problem. He answered all of my questions and gave us great confidence in his knowledge of HVAC. We are totally satisfied with the service and certainly would call this company again . Cost was very reasonable

Had to have my generator checked as I could not read the red light with my own home maintenance. Mike and his partner Ryan came out, and were awesome. They were on time, professional polite, explained everything showed me everything I had it fixed in no time. Would highly recommend this company and these two guys, and they will be my go to moving forward for all my generator maintenance.
