The whole team at Hembree is Amazing. From the first time we used them over 3 years ago til today that have been compassionate and incredible. From Josh to Kelly and to all the technicians. The technician today was darryl he explained everything and tested what needed to be tested. Thank Goodness it was only the capacitor an he put one in right away and at the perfect time with 3 children. Kelly was compassionate and was able to fit us in today on a busy schedule. They make you feel like your valued as a customer

Darryl was awesome. 90+ degrees. He kept us in loop when he’d be hear - was thorough and explained everything. Great service!

Jessie and Joe are absolutely amazing. Joe kept in contact while they ordered parts and Jessie did everything he could to keep us cooler. The two techs that came out and installed the parts today were extremely nice and worked fast. I have been a customer for three years now and cannot say enough good things about the company. I don’t trust my ac with anyone else

The owner came out personally to walk us through our A/C replacement options. They were professional and easy to work with through the entire process and they got our new unit installed very quickly. The technicians were polite and took the time to show if pictures of the final product and to walk us through the new thermostat settings. It has been a great experience so far.

I have been using Hembree for 3 years now and have been pleased with their service. Darryl came out to perform my biannual maintenance this time. He was super friendly, professional, and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and performed his tasks in a timely and clean manner with the utmost respect for my home and my little dog. He took pictures of both the inside and outside of my unit and showed me how everything looked and explained how my unit was running. I appreciated that and hope he is available to service my unit in the spring.

I am so very pleased with Hembree. The tech Jordan is so nice and polite. At the end of every service he shows me pictures of what was done and explains everything. He gives suggestions of what is needed and let's me know if its urgent or not. I can't recommend this company enough! I renewed my maintenance service today is the only reason I had to pay.

The Hembree technician arrived early and was very professional. He fixed the problem and was on his way. He also wears shoe covers to keep the house clean and was very personable. They are always great!

Many thanks for the excellent customer service and the attention to detail in the installation of our split-type air conditioner. It was a real surprise to see the “Happy Birthday” sticker on the unit. This was a birthday gift for my wife. This will make her workout area much more pleasant during the winter and summer. Hembree gets an “A Plus”.

They were running pretty late but gave me the option to reschedule. I chose to wait it out and it was worthwhile. Daryl found the issue with my unit and replaced the defective part, working diligently late into the evening. We have two units and he did a tuneup on each one getting us ready for the hot months ahead. I am pleased with his work and his professional conduct.

I was unable to program my thermostat. I called Hembree and talked with after hours personnel. She was so nice, took my information and asked do you need after hours service or will next day service be appropriate? The next morning around 8am I received a call to schedule service. Joey Bond, service technician, called and verified my service and told me what time he would arrive. Mr. Bond was professional, explained what the issue could possibly be. Once he found the issue, he provided, expert service. Also, Mr. Bond performed some checks and explained why. Mr. Bond thank you! Once, again excellent and
quality service from Hembree. I highly recommend Hembree, from the first call, the quality and service is outstanding.

Darrell serviced my unit. He was very professional. Answered my questions. He didn't stand around. Went about his business. I would ask for him in the future. Great guy!

Christmas arrived early this year via Hembree Heating & Air! Our A/C had been out for almost eight weeks during the hottest of the summer season. The first company we contacted on August 11th sent a tech, ordered a replacement part and the shipment has yet to arrive. We never heard from them. On September 21st, we asked our realtor to give us a recommendation. We then contacted Hembree Heating and Air. Josh Hembree gave us immediate and caring attention. He went the extra mile after checking with his suppliers only to find they said five weeks or more. Mr. Hembree contacted his resources, found the needed part in Pensacola, had a tech pick it up and today the assigned Tech, Jordan, arrived at 7:30 this morning, accomplished the task of repair and replacement, checking the entire unit for any other issues and installed power surge protection on the outside and inside parts. Jordan gave us the best and most highly professional service we could have asked for. If 10 stars are great, he’s at least a 15!!! We have A/C after almost eight weeks. We are grateful to Hembree Heating & Air and readily give them and Jordan our highest recommendation.

I’m super impressed with their service! I was able to get customer service on the phone quickly and receive a call from the technician (Darryl) in 15 minutes and he arrived in a bit over an hour. I received a text with his picture and info before he arrived which was great to know who was coming to our home. He was able to determine the issue quickly and explain what we needed to do to fix it. Unfortunately, he did not have the part we need on his truck, but he explained they should be able to come out within the next few days with it. The emergency service fee and the new part was reasonable.

In addition, Hembree is actively involved in the community and sponsors many great causes. It’s great to see a large company give back.

Just started my yearly maintenance plan on my heating and air. So nice to not have to worry about my equipment having any issues. Darryl my technician was great. He arrived on time and was very nice and professional. He didn't mind that I followed him around and asked 100 questions. He took the time to explain every question in detail with a smile on his face. Everyone I have spoke to on the phone has been beyond nice and gave me so much helpful information. Good job Hembree for the employees you have representing your company.

The Hembre Family & Service Workers are the absolute best at their craft. I received same day service. My Service Worker was Ethan. He was very courteous, considerate, and professional. He kept me informed during every phase of the repair. The problem did take some time but Ethan resolved it. The thermastat and compressor work together as they are suppose to, and our home is warm and toasty once again!

They installed a whole house generator for me and did a fantastic job. I feel completely prepared for hurricane season now, not losing air conditioning and power throughout my home whenever no electricity is available is fantastic!
