I called for help this morning during the heat wave and they were able to accommodate me. Jesse came out and was very kind and informative about what was going on. My AC is fixed and I am one happy customer! Thanks Jesse and Hembree!

I desperately needed a new hvac system and Hembree did an amazing job! I had to finance it and it was so easy getting approved. The team showed up on time and did an amazing job. My new system works great and I’m beyond happy with everything from start to finish. Josh explained everything and I knew exactly what I was getting and how great the product is. I recommend them 100%!

Darryl is a true professional! He is courteous, competent and goes over and above what one might expect of him. Today when he saw a dead mouse in our carport, he made sure to dispose of it! It is a pleasure to have Darryl come to our house for service!

We had to have the evaporator replaced last week. DeAnne at the Mobile office gave us a great quote and sent Jesse (the tech) and Drake (apprentice) out to do the repairs. Both guys were friendly, informative and did an excellent job. They even realigned some ductwork that they were not happy with. Will definitely recommend them to others.

I had to replace two systems due to Hurricane Sally and Hembree made this process so much easier than I expected. From the initial consultation with Josh to discuss my options to the top notch installation by Chris and Morgan. I was consistently kept in communication with what to expect, recommendations and progress. They were prompt, courteous and did an amazing job with the installation. I never thought I would be so excited about a new HVAC system! However, Hembree exceeded all my expectations and I would not hesitate to use them again! I highly recommend this company!!

Just had two of their tech Jesse and Ms Patty come out and did a great job servicing our AC and diagnosed a water leak. They did an amazing job explaining the system and what to watch out for. Highly recommend.

Our ac unexpectedly went out today. After talking to Jesse and telling him that we did yard work today, he immediately knew what the issue was. He was here promptly (even on a saturday) and able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. Would recommend them to anyone!

Hembree installed whole house dehumidifier for me. The whole process was fantastic. They treated me like I was their most important customer at each stage of the process. Jacob Hembree presented several options for us and gave us lots of info on our existing AC system. He was never pushy and listened carefully to what we needed. Colin and Walter did the installation. They were courteous and professional and did the job well. I would 100% recommend Hembree to everyone.

Jessie came to service our air-conditioner today. He was very efficient in his job and he was kind and respectful. I recommend Hembree Heating and Air. Everyone has always been kind and respectful. We have always had great service.
