From the moment I contacted Abbott, I received great service. John was the tech who came out and he was professional and kind and got my AC back running. I signed up for their semi-annual service which is a great price in comparison to what my neighbors are paying with another company! I love that they are a locally-owned business. I can't recommend them enough.

We've used them multiple times now, once to repair a shorted fuse in our attic blower and more recently a fried capacitor in our outside AC unit. Travis is great! Very responsive, fast, knowledgeable. Identified and explained the problem and how to repair, without trying to sell us on expensive unnecessary upgrades. Was able to repair with parts he already had in his truck so the total time from us first calling them to set up an appointment to fully repaired was less than 3 hours! Thanks!

Air conditioning problems in Lower Alabama are bad enough, especially when they occur in the middle of August. If you find yourself with issues and are in the service area of AAA Air Conditioning; consider yourself lucky. My family and I have been using them for years now and although I do not write reviews often, I honestly felt the need to sit down and write one now giving them my utmost recommendation because of too many factors to list. Their fair prices, their punctuality (our recent issue happened late at night and they still found time to squeeze us in the morning the next day) and their friendly service cannot be matched. Call them if you need air conditioning assistance, you will be happy you did.

We had a new AC unit put in last year with a different ac company. Ever since we had problems with it flipping our breaker. The company we used never fixed the actual problem jot saying it was something not related, until my husband met Carl and he came over and told us what was actually wrong and helped fix it. Never had a problem ever since! Definitely using AAA Air Conditioning from now on!

I was previously told I need a new inside and outside unit, I called Carl and Dave with AAA Air Conditioning to come check my unit and they were there the next day. They reassured me there was nothing wrong with my unit other than a simple leak that was an easy fix!! I highly recommend using them for all of your A/C needs, they are honest and efficient!!

Carl with AAA Air Conditioning is absolutely wonderful! He has helped us with our air conditioner on a few different occasions. He is reasonably priced, extremely prompt, and super friendly and polite. We had a problem with our air conditioner on a (hot) Sunday morning in July and he was at our house within 15 minutes after placing a call to him. He fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. We would never think of using another AC repairman. He is the best! Thank you Carl!

We called AAA regarding a non working thermostat on one of two systems. Both systems were very old. We got a phenomenal price and ultimately had both systems, inside and out, replaced! Dave and Travis were wonderful and it is obvious that they care a great deal about their work and their customer! If we have future problems we know just who to call! These guys are solid!

I've been using Carl Winners at AAA for many years. He's amazing! He's honest, fast, and knows his A/C's. He doesn't try to rip you off. He doesn't tell you that you need work done that you really don't. If he can save you money, he will. My husband and I have used Carl to service our 3 rental homes and have always been thrilled with his results. In short, look no further. You've found the best A/C guy in the area!

Called with a service need deep in August last year - no cool air. Received extremely prompt service and rate was much more reasonable than I expected the fix to cost! Nice to know honest pricing local companies such as this are in our community!

Highly recommended this company! Carl was great to work with. My air conditioner had struggled the last few days to keep our home comfortable. I thought the unit might have been low on freon and probably needed some routine maintenance. Made an appointment with Carl this morning to check and clean the unit. He showed up on time and was very courteous. He checked the system and told me it was fine. The unit was even clean. He explained that the problem was due to the age of our house, the age of our system and the extreme temps this weekend. Instead of trying to sell me a new system, Carl gave me some tips on how best to run the system on those extreme days. He didn't even try to sell me any service plan. Only thing he asked for was that I keep him in mind when I do need to replace the system. It is refreshing to do business with someone who is more concerned with the customer and repeat business than with making a quick dollar.

Had some trouble with our residential AC unit, so I called AAA Air Conditioning and spoke with Carl. He is a very professional, super nice guy and told me how to check my unit's warranty. He stopped by and filled me up with freon just keep us comfortable until we could get the repair done. Will definitely use AAA Air Conditioning for future repairs. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend AAA if you need quick high quality service! Dave came out the morning after I called to schedule an appointment, got my AC up and running, and explained what had gone wrong so I could keep an eye on it. Super friendly guys, very professional, can’t recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough positive things about AAA Air Conditioning. Carl & his team are top notch! They are very professional, show up on time, and get the job done in a timely manner. Carl is very knowledgeable about his field & takes the time to explain his recommendations in a way that makes it easy to understand. I have had bad experiences with AC companies in the past & his company is honest, knowledgeable & professional. Carl is all about what is best for the customer & doesn't try to "fix" things for repeat service work. I definitely recommend AAA Air Conditioning & will call them again for all of my AC needs!!

We woke up to the AC not cooling. I called AAA and Dave came out a few hours later (same day service in these 100° temperatures). He had the unit repaired within 30 minutes and the cost was extremely reasonable. We'll be using AAA from now on for service checks.

I called AAA AC Repair to have my AC unit looked over after seeing some water marks on my ceiling under my attic AC unit. Within 1 hour of my initial call Carl arrived and got right the issue at hand. He was able to identify the problem, carry out the repair, and will be following up with me to make sure my AC issue resolved. Extremely professional and clearly knowledgeable.
