They everything in the process very thoroughly. So far this experience has been top notch from the estimator to the installers. We highly recommend.

Very pleased with every level of service that Baldwin Heating and Cooling has provided for us. Ryan O. was the technician that came out this past Monday to check the Heating and cooling systems to ensure everything was working as it should. The best way for me to describe his service would be very professional and his attention to detail, down to simple things sure as making sure he cleaned his shoes before entering the house. I would highly recommend Baldwin to anyone looking for a Heating, Cooling, Plumbing company to consider them or if you are not happy with your current provider.

Mr Forbes did quick and excellent work! My mother’s gas leak was fixed and passed inspection from the gas company in enough time on a Saturday morning to have gas turned back and not have to wait until Monday morning. Again great guy awesome job!!!

We woke up on a Sunday morning during the cold snap without heat, our system was having an issue. Within 2 hours of calling, Hayden arrived and starting diagnosing our system. He did a great job and kept us informed as he went along. In the end, parts were needed to be ordered and Hayden got us set up with a temporary solution for heat, along with outlining the next steps to getting our system fully repaired. Overall, very satisfied and will be using these guys for all of our HVAC needs moving forward.

Dylan was an excellent service provider. He showed up promptly to help us diagnose a plumbing problem. He was able to help us with another issue we had forgotten that needed attention. He communicated very well as I am a remote home owner. We will be asking for him again!

He was friendly, punctual, and extremely informative, taking the time to clearly explain what was going on with our HVAC system and what our options were. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer feels confident and comfortable.

Because of Mitchell and the overall experience we had, we decided to become members with Baldwin. It’s rare these days to receive this level of service, professionalism, and transparency.

I bought a house 2 years ago and Climatemp had been servicing the house to we extended the maintenance for 3 years. I have now forfeited the 3rd year to go with another company because of how poorly this company treats its customers. The office staff are rude and will not assist in any way even with simple scheduling requests.

Several times I asked to speak to a supervisor and I am pushed off and told they will call back and shockingly I receive no call.

I called Island Air and immediately someone came to my house and fixed the problem and their follow up was amazing.

There are better choices out there than Climatemp for sure.

Rob did an amazing job on my a/c unit was very professional and smart with his words as soon as he got to my house he got straight to work and didn’t stop till the job was done I was very impressed great worker!

Climatemp was very quick in getting a technician out when my heat went out at Christmas. Heather was very helpful and kept us informed throughout the process, from waiting on the tech to arrive to ordering and scheduling our parts to be replaced. Hands down best HVAC company in Baldwin and Mobile counties! Amazing technicians that are knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Taylor was my technician and I have nothing but good things to say about him. Very professional and knowledgeable. Told me step by step everything he was going to do. Explained things to me in a way to where I could understand very easily. He even took my trash out to the can for me. (I had a trash bag sitting by the door to remind me to take it out.)highly recommend!

Scott Adams did a GREAT job. Not only did he complete the maintenance, he educated us on our thermostat options. We appreciated that he went above and beyond and will definitely ask for Scott again.

Had a guy named Brad come out to inspect our AC unit recently. He arrived promptly and was nothing short of professional. He actually took the time to explain the issues with our unit and I have a better understanding of my equipment because of it. I would highly recommend this company, especially if their technicians are anything like this guy.
