Wanted to give a wonderful shout out to Technician Kristian! Had my routine service maintenance perforned a few weeks ago. Kristian was terrific. He was not only extremely thorough, he was also very customer service oriented - appreciate the team !!

Apparently the original HVAC installer at our place really messed things up, because our A/C has never operated properly. After multiple providers, Climatemp diagnosed multiple issues and, after a few days of hard work (including one evening until about 8pm), Keith, Trevor and Cam (among others) have finally given us great A/C. I thank you all for your know-how and perseverance to diagnose and fix the issues!

Our unit was serviced yesterday by Robert. He was polite and knowledgeable and a very good representative of Climatemp as an ethical and honest company. We have used Climatemp for about 20 years now and appreciate the honest, dependable service. So, thank you Robert and the sweet lady who calls to set up our appointments. Merry Christmas!

Trevor showed up at the early side of the appointment window👏🏼 which is always appreciated. He answered all the questions I had and was very personable to me and my pets. All in all, the perfect example of professional service tech.

Bull, Cam,Clancy, Thomas and Tony were ClmateTemp Techs that came out to my house to address issues with original installation. They did a great job making a correction to professional standards. ClimateTemp was great in their response to my concern even 5 years after initial installation. Great job!!!! Thank you to all.

Our aircondition went out. Called them on Sunday to get on their schedule for the week.
Keith came on Sunday to check our unit.
Was not able to repair unit. Gave us a reasonable price for unit and installation.
Monday morning around 8:30 4 men showed up and worked until they got finished 6:30PM.
They were so nice and polite, did not stop until they were completed! Cleaned up, left no mess. Thank you, Clancy, Bull, Tony and Thomas. Would certainly recommend Climatetemp. Thanks guys, we are cooling !

Tristan is an exceptional HVAC technician. He knows how to keep my system running in tip top shape and works hard to keep it that way.

Excellent service today by Trevor! I’ve been using Climatemp for 12.5 years now. The office communication and scheduling has been great. Trevor was very thorough, professional and answered all of my questions. The thing that I find that most differentiates Climatemp is that they service my units 3 times a year on a service contract that is line with other companies that only service twice a year.

Tristen came to check our ac that we were having problems with. He was very knowledgeable, very easy to work with and explained to me very well what was wrong.

Absolute trash customer service after preforming work on our outside unit and the charging us for another follow up to tell us and I quote “I’m not really sure what’s going on.” I’m now having to buy a whole new unit because the original work that was preformed fried the unit. After having another company come out he said “this is what homeowners do when they want to get their home warranty to buy them a new unit.” When confronted manager refused to let us speak with the owner. After a week manager called and offered to refund the original call out. Not the second trip and no responsibility for destroying the unit. Absolutely completely ridiculous and unacceptable.$11,000 down the drain.

The installers were respectful and informative, also answered all my questions. left me with a secured feeling of comfort. i recommend climatemp to anyone that is searching for AC repairs or just questions

Tristian arrived promptly for our quarterly check up. Upon arriving, we discovered an issue with efficient cooling. Tristian found the issue and worked tirelessly to solve the problem. He was very knowledgeable in explaining the problem as well as courteous. The office staff is also an asset to the company in keeping us informed as to the timing of our quarterly checkups!

I had AC Solutions to come and work on my Mini Split system. Diagnosed a bad inverter board. Ordered the part and had me up and going in no time. Adam was quick to respond when I called the same day and had me going as soon as the part arrived. A+ service

The owner is very personable, professional and knowledgeable! He set me up on a twice a year service program! That’s just one thing less to think about while maintaining as a homeowner! Thank you Adam for doing a great job!
