They destroyed our entire lawn, front n back, digging trenches throughout with insufficient dirt n failed to sod over, but kept putting off topping with proper sod!! Eroding continues to date. His employees destroyed left back fence (New fence 2 mos.), n mowing with 2 heavy riding mowers when yard wet n muddy, to no avail, totally destroying our entire lawn. The employees further mowed directly over trenches, breaking multiple sprinkler heads. We paid $5200 on March 4, 2022, which was the end of a six-week project, only to discover that the sprinkler heads are improperly adjusted, so as to NOT cover all areas/zones n multiple zones remain DRY; other areas/zones are flooding portions of lawn n causing molded grass!! One excuse after another to repair damages incurred by company n its UNSKILLED employees!! The front lawn is DESTROYED n rutted throughout!! They scattered red dirt throughout entire driveway, which must b pressure washed to clean properly!! Our lawn looks ATROCIOUS!! WORSE after expending $5200 than previously!! ENTIRELY UNPROFESSIONAL N INEPT!! May have to file claim for extensive DAMAGES n/r file with Court for civil damages!! DO YOUSELF A FAVOR N GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!! THIS ENTIRE PROCESS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!! Furthermore, we are out $5200, n r LAWN IS COMPLETELY RUINED, forcing us to BEGIN ANEW WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!!

I used this company for almost two years. Many times they didn’t show or were a week late. Toward the end of this summer season they didn’t show. And another week went by and they didn’t show. I texted Paul just to check that they would show at the four week mark. Complete silence. Still has yet to contact me. I stood up for him when I saw folks post on Facebook posts about him not showing or poor communication. Turns out they were right. Very disappointed. I cannot ever recommend this company or Paul. Look elsewhere.

This business is terrible! My next door neighbor hired them to cut her lawn and they ran their mower over our yard and made huge gauges in our lawn. It looks horrible. When my husband went to talk to them about it and pointed out the damage they did to our yard ( and their was no reason for them to be in our yard) they said they didn’t care to his face! This is disgraceful. They should pay for the damage done and apologize.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional Paul the owner does not return calls. I hired this company last year to take care of my lawn. I the year that they took care of my lawn I had multiple times I had to call the owner to discuss improper cutting of my yard . His crews are not professional and never done the job correct. After finally firing the company I tried to contact Paul the owner and discuss my refund due to I always paid for a month ahead and did not receive the full month of services. The owner will not answer any calls or text concerning this matter. Please stay clear of them you will not be (HAPPY) !!!!!!

Paul and his team at Low Cut were recommended to us by one of his previous clients. We have a large backyard in our new home and needed landscape design and installation. Paul was very responsive and professional. He listened to our ideas and designed a great yard. His team was awesome and the most polite and respectful young men. Over 10,000 square feet of sod, multiple flower beds, irrigation and design were all executed well. We can't recommend his Team enough!
