I don’t usually do this but the experience was outrageous!
I hired them to take care of my lawn, shrubs, etc and we had an agreement in writing.
My first issue was poor communication, I do not speak or understand Spanish, and the owner doesn’t speak or understand English very well. This led to him thinking I was asking for the bushes to be trimmed to which he replied “ oh now you want your bushes trimmed? do you want me to wash your house too?”
When what I was saying is the bushes didn’t need to be done but we’re part of the quote so the price needed to reflect that which was in writing. His answer was no, the price was for only mowing and edging and blowing off driveway.Grass clippings were blown into my flowerbeds making them look terrible
Flower beds were not weeded as per the agreement
Grass stains were all over the sidewalk and driveway
Weed ratting not done in other areas as per the agreement
And they cut wires to the entrance gate which now will need an electrician or gate company to fix, which I texted them about with no response from them on fixing it
All the above and they were the most expensive company, I have never heard of any company charging these prices!!!
Very disappointed!!!!
