I happened upon Taurus Electrical from a colleague. The HOA I manage received significant damage from Hurricane Sally. Taurus has come in repaired things that I have needed done in a quick & timely manner- I’ve referred this company to owners who have wanted upgrades & they have all raved about their work & how professional they are. Their work is clean & well done with very competitive pricing. Let me also add that I haven’t had to wait days or weeks- when I call they are usually here within a couple of hours & very reliable. They are now my go to with electrical repairs & maintenance.

The work crew came in on time and quickly got our job done. They were all courteous and very knowledgable. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We were having light flickering problems. Cody came the next day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. I then asked if he could return to complete several projects which I wanted to do, including security lights, dimmer switches, LED lights for the laundry room and garage, replacement of worn breakers at the panel, as well as repairing the pool and spa light switches. He came the following Monday and did all the work professionally and neatly. It was a long day for us both, but mutually worthwhile. I recommend him without hesitation.

This group is amazing. They are professional and very good at what they do. I needed some upgrading and repairs in my house and they went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate their friendliness and helpfulness. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I had Taurus come out to handle a couple of electrical issues. Paul the technician was outstanding! He showed up timely, took care of both problems and did a great job explaining both procedures to us. We've used Taurus in the past and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Marshall with Taurus is an amazing guy. I have used them on several of my newly renovated homes I’ve been doing in the Daphne, Fairhope area. Never had any issues passing inspection. They do quality work and show up on time.

They showed up as scheduled and did a good job. We added to our project and got a timely quote, then they completed the additional work within a couple of days. Wish all contractors were this easy to work with. Id sure use them again.

If I could rate 5+ stars I would. Complicated lightning strike with lots of damage. Timely, thorough and determined to help. Much appreciated.

Used the Web form on their site to request a quote for a transfer switch. Five days later after no response, I called instead. No one answered and the voicemail box was full and wouldn’t accept new messages. Oh, well 🤷‍♂️

Per the response below. Can’t leave a message if the voice mailbox is full. Also, if you’re going to have a Web form that you never check, you should get rid of it. Interesting how you never check the Web site but you quickly respond to negative reviews on the Web. Whatever.

The group at Taurus works together to fulfill all of their customers needs and shows excellent teamwork! They do their very best to always meet my requirements in a very large and very demanding environment. The guys all go out of their way to be super courteous to all of the homeowners at the complex we are renovating. So much so, that they are usually hired directly by the homeowners to do additional work! Highly recommend this company!

Responded to my call within a few hours. I felt like they are very reasonably priced compared to the last time I had to call someone. No more leaks and he cleaned my kitchen drain while he was there.

I called through a list of local plumbers and Josh was the only one to give me the 'time of day'.
He arrived the next morning just like he said he would. ( That's hard to find people like that these days).
He was a very pleasant guy and knew exactly what he was doing.
I would definitely recommend.

Had water Emergency while visiting at my Moms house even though I’m very handy was out of range of my skills and required a professional. Her hallway was flooding with water. Plumber (Josh) got here fast and did a great job of fixing the problem. Bless His heart he even crawled in the attic for me to check for leaks from shower pipes. Very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. Josh you are the best, made me feel safe and checked all her plumbing so i didn't have to worry about something happening while i wasn’t there. Tell your boss I said you deserve a raise.

Josh is amazing and we are so happy we called him. He worked quickly and got, not only our water running back into our house because of a busted main line, but also fixed a leaking spicket and outside water hose line.
I would recommend him to anyone looking for competent help with their plumbing needs!
