Kool Air is the best HVAC company to say the least. Since moving to the Elberta, AL area almost 3 1/2 years ago, we have had four different HVAC companies work on our outside A/C unit. Kool Air was the ONLY company to correctly diagnose the problem and make the correct repair. They did an excellent job and were very professional. The technician told us the problem and the cost before making repairs. He was very upfront and honest. I highly recommend Kool Air for your HVAC needs. Do not call all the rest, when you can call the BEST! Kool Air.

Called Sammy out for an AC issue in my older home, and he knew exactly what he was dealing with. He took the time to work through a tricky setup, didn’t rush it, and explained what was going on in a way I could actually understand. He was respectful of my house, cleaned up after himself, and had everything running right before he left. It’s hard to find someone this thorough and honest, highly recommend.”
