Hired David Chafin of Professional Services Contractor for our flooring needs. He recommended a particular flooring and we went with his recommendation. His company installed 1144 sq ft of flooring and after only 8 months the flooring started buckling, warping and seams started popping open. He came out one time to look at it, said he’d get manufacturer out but never showed up. Now won’t respond to calls, texts or emails.
PSC installed two columns on my front steps in 2022 for upwards of $5,000.00 i am writing this review in January of 2024 and the columns are now rotting, the nails and screws are coming out and the wood is splitting. I have tried to contact PSC to get input on what my options are for repairing the columns. I have not been able to get an answer from any of my phone calls, text messages, or social media messages. In the event that I do receive a call back from PSC I will happily remove this review. Please PSC, call me and let’s get this resolved.
We hired PSC to build a deck & screen in our back porch. We absolutely could not be more pleased! They were professional, responsive & friendly. The job was done well and the crew was awesome. They even went the extra mile & wall mounted our television & installed our ceiling fans. It was a pleasure working with them! I will definitely be hiring them for phase ll of the back yard & some inside work as well!
They replaced my wood deck with composite decking this summer. They were supposed to use stainless steel wire cabling for the railing. The crew members varied from week to week, the project took three weeks longer than predicted, and I was charged an additional amount for "extra materials". The biggest problem of all is they only used stainless steel wire on 1 of 11 deck sections and used galvanized wire on the rest which has now RUSTED, 4 months after installation! The wiring sags in places as it is incorrectly installed and the owner refuses to respond to my calls or texts to fix the problem. I would not recommend them as a contractor!
