Jeff did an AMAZING job trimming up our Live Oak tree. I was hesitant having someone trim it because I love our tree. I didn't want someone to come in and butcher it. Jeff did not disappoint. I highly recommend GreenTech. Thanks so much Jeff! Our tree looks beautiful.

I own a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home that I have use for vacation rentals along with it being our get away.
I hired this service in January of 2016 and at that time was charged a yearly linen replacement fee. When I arrived at the house in June for vacation I called to tell the owner that all of the the towels she left had stains on them. She told me that that was just life and she'd have to charge me $800 dollars a cleaning if I wanted towels left with no stains.
I also told her there was grease all over the outside of the microwave and it needed to be scrubbed. She replied that they don't scrub anything that they spray and wipe. She also told me that she could solve my problems by me finding someone else to do the job.
So of course stained towels are totally unacceptable along with her very rude attitude so I found another company.
I had also overpaid one time for cleanings so I asked for a refund of the money she held. She denied that request. I also asked for half of the linen fee because I only used her company for 6 months. Nope no refund for that either.
She was always very snippy and rude when I called for anything.
I would not recommend her services.

They left our condo and owner's closets repeatedly unlocked (items missing) and unsecure. Also left towels and comforters soiled and ragged on the bed and in the bathrooms, even though we paid a linen fee for nice linens & clean linens. Floors, doors and cupboards were neither cleaned when dirty, nor kept organized. Everything was thrown into one cupboard in a mish-mash disarray. Patio and deck were left unkept. Whenever issues were brought up, even though these were recurring issues, owner was rude and unprofessional. Never addressed the issues of her crew falling short, or how they would fix these issues. Steer very clear. It is the most expensive for the least amount of service.

Diamond M Services cleans and handles all maintenance issues with both of our beach houses. They respond very quickly to all communications and go above and beyond to make sure our guests are completely satisfied. Living 3 hrs away from our homes this is so important to have a company that is present, reliable and responsible like Diamond M Services.

Awesome Service! Quality responsiveness. I had an unfortunate event upon arrival at a VRBO property where it was not clean, I won't go into details. Let's just say my wife and kids did not want to stay there for 10 days. I searched for top cleaning services in gulf shores and called around and was referred to diamond m. This was 5 pm on a Monday and they were at my rental in 30 min. Sarah arrived and she was awesome. She cleaned the place like it was her very own. I could not have been more satisfied despit the situations that caused me to seek diamond m's services. Call them if you own a condo

I hired Diamond M. Services and I was beyond impressed with the work they did. They came to remove old insulation and replace it with spray foam and it was amazing. In the short time that they sos that, I noticed a change in my home. I get weekly reports of my AC/heat and I was notified that in just those two days of the insulation installment, that my energy bill had dropped $2. I can’t wait to see how those savings continue to Mount up and add up over the next few months leading into summer.
