I would like to suggest to you Diamond M Services for the past two and a half years and they have been nothing short of excellent. Miranda and Johnnie have taken wonderful care of our condo far and beyond anyone we have used in the past. We have owned our condo since it was built in 1983 and been through many cleaning services. we have never been so pleased.

They were great at first. I was happy with the cleanings. There have been a few times I have asked them to clean while our unit was still occupied by our daughter. They have always done it and not mentioned that they do not clean occupied units. At one point, they did send pictures of several of my daughter’s items around. I talked with my daughter and corrected the situation. This last time they cleaned, my daughter’s perfume was missing. When I reached out, I felt as though she thought I was lying and she was very defensive saying this housekeeper was a Tier 1 and nobody has to check after her cleanings etc. She said none of her crews had ever been accused of stealing. I never used the word stealing. I just reached out to make her aware of the situation. She had a ton of excuses and insinuated it was our fault because the unit was occupied. She then told me that sometimes the housekeepers teenage son cleans along with her. She stated he cleaned the living room area and kitchen and never went in any of the bedrooms. She also mentioned that this particular housekeeper used to do residential cleaning and was used to it, but in the next sentence stated that the housekeeper was very nervous and called her several times due to the unit being occupied. When my son was going to bed, there was no top sheet. So he decided to sleep in the other bed in that room. That bed had no bottom sheet. There were no liners placed in the small bathroom cans and the coffee pot wasn’t cleaned. So I reached out today to politely let the manager know. She came back with more excuses telling me the housekeeper said she did the linens herself and that she may have missed the coffee pot. Why would we make up that the beds each had a sheet missing? And why did she say she may have missed the coffee pot if her teenage son cleaned the kitchen? There are too many contradictions in all of this.

I’ll be honest — I was skeptical about hiring Pine Valley Landscaping at first. I’ve dealt with enough contractors to know that big promises don’t always turn into big results. I figured I’d get a decent cleanup and maybe a few new plants, nothing life-changing.

I was wrong.

From the first consultation, the team at Pine Valley Landscaping was professional, knowledgeable, and — most importantly — realistic. They didn’t oversell. They listened. They walked the property carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and explained why certain plants and design choices would work better long-term.

What really changed my mind was the execution. They showed up when they said they would. The crew worked efficiently and respectfully. And the transformation? Night and day. Clean lines, healthy plantings, proper drainage (which I desperately needed), and a layout that actually makes sense with the space instead of fighting against it.

The attention to detail impressed me the most — edging was sharp, mulch was evenly spread, irrigation adjustments were thoughtful, and everything was cleaned up thoroughly before they left. No shortcuts.

I started out cautious and honestly expecting to find something to complain about. Instead, I’m already planning to have them back for phase two.

If you’re on the fence like I was, consider me the skeptic who’s now a believer. Pine Valley Landscaping earned it.

We recently hired Pine Valley Landscaping for a project at our property in Foley, AL and were extremely impressed with the results, Rich and Dustin were amazing! Their team is professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in their work.

They helped with landscape improvements by tearing out the old and installing new plants, paver patio, drainage, and a sidewalk. Super happy with the quality!

We also signed up for their regular lawn maintenance service. It’s great working with a company led by a licensed horticulturist that really understands plants and how to maintain them.

The owners over at Pine Valley really know their stuff! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and always care about the product they deliver! I am very happy with how our project turned out. I am always wanting to ensure my investments are well protected so when I had questions about the design and specific plants chosen, Dustin really made me feel at ease.

Sometimes big companies make you feel small and unheard but these guys really make you feel like you’re part of the team. They even let me shovel around a little bit to make it feel like I contributed.

Their crew was always on time and focused and never seem to monkey around which I really appreciated.

As I write this from my keyboard and I look outside, I truly feel like I’m in an oasis. Now time to relax and enjoy a little whiskey outside in our new lush backyard.

Company was paid upfront by a client to do yard work $125 and they NEVER showed and have not refunded her the money. Also not answering calls

Very professional and our yard looks fantastic... This was a major landscape project which required a total makeover and they more than exceeded my expectations... Highly Recommend!!!

We live in a community that they are suppose to take care of. The maintenance for our common areas and pool area are poorly taken care of! This is a small community too. They never edge! The sidewalks and streets have grass growing in them! Grass was over 2’ tall. The home owners in the community actually came together and mowed the neighborhood for the past 3 weeks. They have not been seen in the past month. We have two small bridges and the kudzu was so bad you couldn’t even walk on the sidewalk. They finally came and cut that after a few home owners complained. But that’s all they did, nothing else even after seeing the grass in bad condition. Our pool area was so badly over grown we also had to complain about that for them to come out and cut it. After the hurricane a few trees blew over and they let them sit for a couple months. Then the don’t even set them back upright(these were smaller trees) the just cut them up then not even get rid of the brush they left it thrown in the bushes. I can keep going on with how bad they don’t keep up anything. Very sad! Some of the pictures are when we all as home owners that are already paying a HOA fee went and mowed and fixed our community.
