We were really happy to find a carpet cleaning service that could help us the same day, which made a big difference for us. Customer service was excellent from the start. Jalen was polite, friendly, and worked hard to bring the older carpet in our home back to life. The carpet looked noticeably fresher, cleaner, and brighter when he was done, and the before-and-after pictures showed a big improvement. We have used other cleaning methods before, including dry chemical cleaning, but this deep carpet cleaning gave us a much more thorough result. The traffic areas, older spots, and overall fiber appearance all looked much better after the service. Jalen also showed us a quick demo on our tile and grout, and it was surprising to see how much buildup can collect over time, especially with regular foot traffic. We definitely plan to schedule that service next. We are very pleased with the results and look forward to having regular carpet and floor cleaning service in the future.

Ryker was awesome! He did a good work and worked hard to remove stains from the carpet that we couldn’t previously get up. Love this company!

Had an appointment for 1pm-3pm. Technician hasn't arrived and it was an hour past. I called 3 times and each time they said they would tell the technician to call me and give me an eta. I even asked for the number myself and they told me " I don't know I'll tell the Technician to call you and give you an eta." It's now 8pm and I've given up. If you don't even have people to send don't waste my time while I'm waiting on you guys. Starting to doubt if this is even a real company.
