I received above standard service and they exceeded my expectations for the work they did. They took the time to inspect all of the duct work underneath the house and discovered and fixed some issues I was having with airflow in the house. I would highly recommend them for your AC services.

The Trane corporation on the other hand is terrible...stay away from the Trane brand! Their warranty is not worth the paper it was written on! When our 5 year old unit started having issues, Trane did nothing, but the McCutcheon team did. Unfortunately for us, we had to have a new unit installed, but it was not a Trane system! Thanks again to the McCutcheon team!

AC quit cooling Friday evening. We called late Saturday morning. Alex Thorton was at the house right around 2:00 pm. Had the unit cooling by 2:30. Would highly recommend. The few times we've had issues but they are always prompt,courteous, and professional.

Me and my parents have used McCutcheons for many years. We heard it had fallen under new management and heard many different things about who bought it.
Over the weekend my parents AC system went out and it was very hot for them. So we called McCutcheons. Not expecting an answer from them because normally they are closed on the weekends. BUT it just so happened the new General Manager, Alex was at the office.
Without any hesitation, he came out to my parents house and had their system up and running in no time!!
He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable, and explained everything in great detail to where we understood everything.
We were very pleased with the top notch professional service we received.

He is an all around trustworthy, reliable, and knowledgeable professional, and he understood what we needed for A/C repair and replacement! He was also super flexible to our changing schedule. My experience with McCutcheon Heating and Air was phenomenal. They were very professional, very accommodating, and very considerate.
My duct work was over 30 yrs. old. It had rusted and most of my heat was being wasted in the crawl space. Once the problem was discovered, this company was quick to begin work and finished before the weather turned really cold. In addition, recommending the Reme Halo Air Purification system was a God -send and I expect to be breathing easier. I mentioned this to my pulmonologist who reviewed the info. regarding the Halo and even he was impressed. Also, each day, any debris left over was removed. Overall, this was a very clean job. Finally, I want to thank Jack and George for a job well done.

I called McCutcheon this morning at 11a, and Carlos the technician was on-site by end of day. He gave a quick summary of my problem, three scenarios to choose, and made the repair quickly.

McCutcheon Heating and Air Conditioning has been our choice for service for many years. They always respond very quickly when service is needed. The staff is always friendly and helpful. When we needed a new unit recently, they responded the same day and it was installed within 2 days.

We built our house in 1988 and McCutcheon Heating and Cooling did all of our heating and cooling at that time. We have used them for all of our heating and cooling needs for 31 years. They are outstanding. They are very efficient, honest, and timely. I would recommend them to anyone. They truly are a five star business.

I have been more than pleased with the honesty and quality of the service I have received from this company. I shopped carefully and felt more than confident in the product and the service McCutcheon Heating and Air provided. I am now using them to service an older unit and will buy from them when time for my 2nd unit. ( I just purchased one for the upstairs). I could not have been treated better if I were family.

We had a trouble with our HVAC system late on a Saturday afternoon. My wife called McCutchen Heating & Air, they stated that they could have someone there in about an hour, about an hour later Nathan arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable.
