Rusty Weeks is one of those people who just instantly win your confidence. Very personable. You find out quickly that he knows what he is doing. He checks the problem, determines what's needed, and knows how to fix it. You can't do any better than using George Plumbing. And Josh, Rusty's helper, is a friendly guy also, and knows what to do to help Rusty get the job done as quickly as possible. Teamwork!

The service techs were prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They made me feel very confident in the work they completed.
Now, the cost for the repair. I felt was very over priced, especially considering I'm a returning customer for many years.

I had a problem with the interior water pressure. They indicated and gave me an estimate for a pressure relief valve. Stating that my current pressure relief valve was not functioning properly. Another plumber has inspected the plumbing and indicated to me. There is no existing pressure relief valve.
You can understand that they want to charge me almost $500 to sell me. A piece of hardware that did not possibly solve the plumbing situation that I had. And that is the reason for this low review. I also called them on 2 separate occasions. And then both times was promised to return. Call to explain the situation. I never received the phone call.

After your quote of $2300.00 I called 2 other companies, Jackson plumbing their quote was about the same. Then I called A1 plumbing their quote was $2700.00. Then I called an indecent company in Madison.that I got from a neighbor & his price was $1600.00 so I went with him. Saved me $600.00. Guess I’ll be using them unless things change at your place. Seniors cannot afford your prices living on a fixed income. You guys were friendly enough but just too expensive. Going to post this on Facebook too so others know the differences…

Rusty and Josh did great work in replacing our ~10 yo water heater. They were super friendly and made sure I was satisfied with their work which was much better than the plumbers who installed the last one.

I did not get service from them in the end. So I cannot say anything about their actual service. I canceled, because even when the google search results says they give “free estimates” that is a lie. They don't. They wanted to charge me $60ish for the person to come and see my problem. Even if they did charge that money I asked Sasha (who seems like a doll!) if they would apply that money towards the final price quoted and she said no.
I'm sorry, but I felt I needed to share this so the company fixes this on the google results. It's hard to trust someone when the first interaction is a lie.

Rusty and Josh responded to our call about frozen pipes. They were here promptly and much faster than I expected. These gentlemen are polite and professional. Give George Plumbing a call for your Plumbing needs.

We are repeat customers and have been very pleased with the services we received.
I texted George’s the day before Thanksgiving regarding a hot water heater leak and let them know there was no rush. Rusty came out the same day to inspect the leak and determined that meter valve needed to be replaced, gave us a quote and scheduled the work for the following week. Michael and another technician showed up as scheduled and replaced the valve. Great communication before, during and after the work was completed.

Highly recommend George Plumbing! They are professional and personable. They show up when they say, give accurate estimates, do great work and clean up. Westley did a fantastic job! Will use for any plumbing needs I have in the future!

Wesley and Rusty responded to our call first thing this morning. Our hot water heater was leaking and they diagnosed the need to replace it immediately, explained all the specifics and answered several questions that I had. They are prompt, professional and easy to work with. The contract we had with them allowed us a discount and priority service! Wesley and Chris did an excellent job fixing a pipe under my kitchen sink that had been leaking for quite some time. They took the time to assess the situation, explain my options, and answer all my questions. Both were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They even helped me with a few additional items while they were there. I truly appreciated their service and will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

Josh and Rusty were the technicians that came to our house when we thought we had a pipe break. Discovered the previous night, I called George Plumbing based upon a recommendation of a trusted friend in the repair area. These technicians called and let us know they were on the way at 8:00 am just like the intake person the night before stated. When they got to the house they asked if they needed to take their shoes off or wear shoe covers. Upon a thorough review of the situation, they discovered the issue was a cap on a spigot that froze. While a new cap would be a temporary fix, Josh and Rusty took the spigot apart and discovered it could be fixed with a replacement part. What we were afraid of being a costly repair was a minor issue and fixed in less than an hour. Awesome! The best part, these guys were trustworthy. They could have taken me for a lot but they were honest. We will definitely use them in the future. In fact, we joined the company’s maintenance program since we have lived in our home for 21 years. I can say with confidence we found our plumber!

I had a bad leak in my gas water heater. Called them on Saturday night. They were at my house before 9 Sunday morning. They had the new water heater installed and gone by 11:30. The price was very reasonable. The technician was polite, honest, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely highly recommend them and will use them again if I need a plumber. 5 🌟.

Josh and Rusty were amazing! They came the same day I called! Discussed the price and scope of work. Quickly diagnosed the problem, greater than I thought! They replaced the parts and the sink looks great without drips! Game me information on another project in the future! This was a very positive experience!

We have used APEX Plumbing for quite a few issues; from minor plumbing to major plumbing issues. Each time APEX provided top-notch, fast, friendly customer service. River and Alicia, in the front office, are very professional and quick to return all calls. They handled our needs as if it was their personal plumbing issue. We received a quote breaking down the problem and pricing is more than affordable and fair! They were in constant communication from the diagnostic appointment to the completion of service! I would recommend them to anyone.

Well, where do I begin, I had only been in charge of the rental for six weeks after the senior partner died.
The renter Adam called and said he needed a plumber.
Upon Dr Jason Stephenson’s referral, Clay and Austin arrived. They assessed , they updated me, they worked in a surprise snowy morning. They discovered much more problems than we had anticipated. Clay and Austin came the very next day . ( very cold)
They were kind, courteous , and walked me through what was happening and how ALL the issues were resolved .
Clay also referred me to another company for water restoration. Job well done.
