ABC Restoration did an EXCELLENT job. They were timely and professional and the price was reasonable. The plumbers that came in after them were also impressed at the job ABC did. I would recommend them!!!

ABC Cleaning and Restoration did a great job, they were careful, thorough, and coordinated with an HVAC vendor to get our needs taken care of promptly and efficiently. 10/10 would use them again!

Although ABC dried up our water damage efficiently, they came to the house and began to cut walls and set up fans before any contracts were signed or much discussion was had. They showed up unannounced many times.

After a brutal burglary attack, Evan Willis brought in a crew to clean the bio-hazards left behind. He packed up the entire home, cleaned the items. Removed and replaced flooring, sub-flooring. Cleaned the house from top to bottom. He worked directly with the insurance company leaving us free to deal with other things until he completed.

In lieu of a maid service, we have opted to use his weekly cleaning service. We know our home is always clean for company.

After returning home from work after a very rainy weekend - I found nearly two inches of water throughout the entire basement of my house. I found ABC on the Internet via a Google search. After reading their website - I called. They said that could be at my home within the hour - and were true to their word. They surveyed the damage - provided an instant estimate - and, upon my acceptance, went straight to work. They even helped me determine the areas where the leak was occurring. They stayed late into the night - and then left drying fans for the next few days to help dry out the remaining moisture. When the returned - at the end of the week - I was provided with a bill for work as quoted.

They were friendly, courteous, and professional - all while demonstrating sympathy for my situation.

They didn't call or show up on the scheduled day and I still haven't heard from them.

Why am I even surprised a contractor would behave this way?
I thought based on the 5 star reviews that maybe I'd found a winning company. Looking again, I see these reviews are from a year back and on. Maybe things have changed at this company since the accolades came in.
