Prompt, professional and very attentive to detail. I used ABC Cleaning to find the cause of and remove mold that was inside a wall in my kitchen. They followed strict guidelines on how to contain the mold so that spores were not dispersed into the house when the wall was opened. ABC cleaning brought in a contractor (which I'm very pleased with as well) to find/fix the water leak and restore the wall after the mold was removed. I highly recommend them for this kind of specialty job.

Evan was brought in by our home warranty department due to a major water leak. Evan and his crew worked very efficiently in getting us taken care of during a difficult time. I truly appreciate the thoroughness and the professional opinions Evan provided of our issues.

We had a really ugly water stain that people started to comment on. Our office operates 6 days a week (sometimes 7), so I was concerned that scheduling could be an issue. No problem! I talked to Evan, he checked to see when would work best for us, and sent someone out that week. It looks great! Everyone in my office was very pleased.

I hired ABC Restoration to clean my carpets after another cleaning company had attempted to remove some stains. I say "attempted" because the other company temporarily removed the stains, but one week later they started to come back. And they wouldn't come back to retreat them. Evan was not only able to remove these stains, but also a horrible ink stain that I thought would be impossible to get out. The service was excellent, the price competitive, the carpets dried really fast, and best of all, it's been 3 months and the stains have not come back. I'll definitely be using them again next time I need something cleaned.

Unprofessional and unreliable service.

After numerous attempts to communicate with them, they finally promised to inspect my property—but never showed up! I wasted an entire day waiting for their team, and they ignored my calls.

I do not recommend them.

ABC Restoration handled my father's water damage like true professionals. They provided an accurate estimate, provided skilled trades people who repaired the damage, met their timeline, and all within budget. Evan worked directly with the insurance company to be sure they both understood what was needed and could be done. An excellent job!

Our dishwasher flooded our kitchen and living room. We called ABC and they had it cleaned out and repaired in no time. They even worked with us to get our insurance company to cover more than the initial offer! I highly recommend ABC Cleaning and Restoration!

They do all our carpet cleanings, carpet stretching, mold testing, water removal from busted pipes, etc. Evan Willis and his team are top notch and I trust them with houses I help people sell or any of our managed properties. If I call, they answer the phone or return my call promptly. In my business, people are always moving in or moving out of a house! I appreciate their dedication to good customer service, ethical standards and their expertise in their field if business.

My 16 year old daughter took a long shower that unfortunately emptied into my bedroom below as the drain pipe disconnected somehow. Evan and Darryl came out and were awesome. I never had to use my insurance before, so I was clueless. They brought in all this stuff and was my mouthpiece to the insurance companies middleman. They actually had my best interest in mind. They were prompt, efficient, and ALWAYS were there when they said they would be. Very respectful to my family and wife and extremely honest. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. I am not easily impressed and always suspicious of contractors, but I have no reservation in recommending this company to anyone. Will definitely use again if I require any services they perform. Great experience working with ABC after a tree fell on our house. They took care of everything and it was such a relief they handled working with the insurance company too!

I had a water fall flowing from under my kitchen sink cabinet doors onto my wood flooring and water was running into my pantry and laundry room. I am one of the lucky ladies as a friend told me because I knew where my home's water shut off is located.
ABC Restoration and Cleaning people were here for me within the half hour I called for help. He assessed the situation and they began removing the water and drying out my wood flooring, cabinets and walls. He contacted a plumber before arriving. They removed the water, dried inside the walls, cabinets, flooring and slab, met with us while State Farm professional wrote up the damage estimate, offered information about replacement products, furnished supplies to pack my belongings while furniture was moved around in my home, laid linoleum, painted walls, baseboards and quarter round in my pantry and laundry room, removed and replaced all my wood flooring, baseboards, quarter round and they coordinated all this with me.
Most everyone introduced themselves as they entered my home. Each crew was polite and informed me of their coming and going. Thank you to every person who helped restore my home in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the results.
I have already recommended ABC Restoration and Cleaning to a friend and will recommend them to others.

Evan’s crew from ABC Cleaning and restoration came out to and repaired my garage ceiling. The crew was very professional and did a great job with repairing my garage ceiling. Took a little bit longer than expected because of issues that came up, but overall Lupe and his crew did a great job. A big thanks to all of them.
