Two Maids

First time they came out, house looked great, but they didn’t mop my floor. I let it slide. Second time they came out, I was told the maids would arrive around 8:30-9:30. Which was perfect. They arrived MUCH earlier, so I was rushing around to get my dog and get out of the way, extremely inconvenient, but my house was cleaned correctly. Third time, I came home, realized AGAIN, floor hasn’t been touch. So I checked the rest of my house, bedrooms had not been dusted at all, hair was still on the bathroom floor, they didn’t even touch my sunroom, just really lazy service honestly. I would not recommend them, I have cancelled and moved on to a new company.

Great company, on time, consistent. Very willing to work with me on setting time-of-day arrival, as well as changing day-of-week service is performed.

Even though there was a hiccup, I wanted to let people know how it was handled. Two Maids came out yesterday for the deep cleaning. When I got home, I was irritated because the master bath hadn't been cleaned well. I called this morning and within 1-1/2 hours, two ladies, C.J. and Renee, arrived and the bathroom is just what I wanted. I've used this service for a long time and they've always done a good job. In a review, I like to see if someone had a problem, how the company handled it. This company did a great job and I'll continue to call them when I need another housecleaning.
