I had used Merry Maids for years and stopped when I took a sabbatical from work. I recently started working more and called to see if they would come back to us. Today Ginger and Mandi did a phenomenal job with the deep clean in our home. We have a large dog and they were wonderful with her as well. Thanks Merry Maids.

Merry Maids is just wonderful. They come on time, and clean very well and efficiently. They are the first cleaning service I have kept for years because of the consistency and good work.

I’ve been a customer for a while, but I need to be honest — I’m really disappointed in how things have been handled. Every time I call to request a deep cleaning, I’m told I “don’t need one,” which doesn’t make sense to me. If I’m paying for a service, I should have the right to request what I want done.

On top of that, calling me on Veterans Day to tell me that no one can come back until I pay — when you already know I’m a 100% disabled veteran who gets paid on the 26th each month — was uncalled for and disrespectful. You’ve known my situation since the beginning.

I’ve always paid for the work and treated your team with respect, but I don’t appreciate being spoken to harshly or having service withheld out of what feels like malicious intent. Please consider this my formal notice that I will no longer be continuing service with your company after this month.

Jasmine came and cleaned our home. I was at work but when I got home I noticed she had did a wonderful job. We will definitely be using Merry Maids again.
