Truly a wonderful experience. They fit me in the next day, even though I had given such short notice. Communication was extensive. They went above and beyond. When I came home to check everything out, they also had left a piece of paper, showing that they had cleaned other areas in addition to what I had asked for. Extremely pleased and happy with this experience and business.

every two weeks April comes in and cleans three rooms for my elderly Aunt. April is always kind and friendly to everyone in our home and does a great job cleaning for us.

They where great polite and worked hard and noticed every detail. I am dying of cancer and they took extra precaution to make sure things were wiped down, extra clean for me and my well-being, and would recommend them to anyone family or friend.

I have used Merry Maids for 8+ years to clean my house every other week. They are reliable and honest. I have never had a problem with broken or missing items. Merry Maids calls the day before to confirm they will arrive.

They do send different people to clean, so the experience can vary from time to time, but it is possible to request a particular person if you really like the way they cleaned.

I have found them pretty responsive to calls and emails.

Things come up where I may need to cancel a service for one week and it is never a problem provided that I give them at least 24 hours notice so they can reassign the person to someone else.

I don't use the deep cleaning because I have frankly never found a service that meets my standards, but for basic maintenance, they meet the important criteria: reliable, honest and good communication. I recommend sitting down with them when setting up the service and specifically listing your concerns and preferences. They keep detailed notes that go from cleaning to cleaning.

My husband and I recently bought a house, and the family that left didn't clean a single thing. We bought a whole house deep clean from Merry Maids, including windows and cabinets, and they were able to get us on the schedule within two days!

I was a little worried when only one worker showed up, but Mary was professional and cleaned the whole house from top to bottom. It took her nine hours, because she underestimated just how dirty it was before she came in. I wish she'd had a helper or two, but she did an absolutely fabulous job. Everything looks a million times better than it did, and the stuff that couldn't be cleaned (due to age/staining, completely on the previous owners of the house) is going to be painted over eventually, anyway.

10/10 for Mary, and I would absolutely use this service again.

Overall, I would say that I am happy with Merry Maids. I have twice a month service and they have really lightened my load and made my life less stressful. If there are any issues, Brenda can solve them. At first I didn't know if I would be comfortable with someone cleaning our home, but I got over that quickly and recommend if you feel like I did to just give it a go, I think you will be really pleased.
