Guys gave notice well before 8:00 that they were on the way and would be here around 9:15. Got here about that time and went straight to work. They didn’t mess around, completing the work in about 3 hours. Totally happy with everything, highly recommend these guys.

Anthony Allen &Rudolph did a great job cleaning my carpet. Anthony called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They arrive right at the specified time . Anthony thoroughly explained the process, was very pleasant & accommodating. They made sure everything was put back in place as they found them. They even dabbed up any water spots they noticed on the floors. I recommend Stanley Steemer especially if having workers like Anthony ( Rudolph as well) doing the work.

Service technicians were great. I expected better cleaning results. More effort to continue cleaning about 4-5 spots since it was coming clean and not stopping have 2 passes. Carpets were not in bad shape but had a few spots worse than overall area.

Steven and Victor were nice and did a good job. My reason for this review is the excessive price.
They were here for one hour and 75% of their time was getting out equipment, hooking up to my water and electricity and collecting my check for payment. I had everything mostly ready for them and I just don't think the price, $420, was fair.

I was nervous about having everything done at Christmas after already decorating, but the guys did a great job, moved around six trees easily, and didn't damage a thing. The house smells fantastic. We had our hardwoods, carpet, and area rugs, along
with kitchen and bathroom tile, cleaned. We had the furniture cleaned, deodorized, and a protective coating added. We are so happy, and plan to have our upstairs done after Christmas.

The technicians were very professional congenial and did an outstanding job! I plan on having the service done annually now and I hope the same guys will be the ones who come.

Very pleased with how the carpets turned out. Had 2 rooms done, and they had stains over 15 yrs old. Chocolate milk I didn’t know was there until a bedside table was moved, old spills from a kids playroom, paint. While the paint wasn’t able to go away, (I didn’t expect it to) the rooms look wonderful. And the whole house smells so good!! And while I had a 3 hr window, they showed up early. Very nice as my window was expecting rain. Will definitely use again when needed. Oh and guys were super nice. 🙂

Brandon Henry and Anthony did a great job for us. They were on time, thorough, very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer and Brandon’s team.

I can’t say enough good things about the job Matthew and Steven did at my house. The carpet looks nearly new again despite being nearly 30 years old. They were prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and able to thoroughly clean ~ 1500 sqft of carpet and stairs in a little under an hour. It’s a shame I’m not a better photographer as the pictures don’t do justice.

Just had HVAC ducts cleaned and sanitized…🤔first since building home in 1995.
Josh and Kyle did great… cleaned and put away most … all we had to do was just vaccum.

Wonderful service from Anthony & Dallas. They were both very courteous, professional & did a great & expeditious job on the carpet in a room that had many stains from spilled drinks & my dearly departed father knocking over his tobacco spittoon. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend them.

These guys did an amazing job!! My carpet and sectional look brand new! Very professional and knowledgeable. He even gave me pointers on how to clean my hardwood. I’ve been using the wrong products all along. Thank you Stanley Steemer.

We had 2 large sectionals cleaned. Matthew and Corey arrived earlier than appointment time which was communicated beforehand! They did a great job!

Very friendly and respectful technicians, explained everything, checked the type of grout used with tile in kitchen to avoid damage...nice job guys!

They were on time. Did a walk through to make sure what I wanted. Communicated well. Did a great job in good timing. They moved a couch and recliner for me. They even put the little blocks under the couch legs to protect the carpet. I will call again !

My morning began with having my tile/grout cleaned. The gentlemen arrived on time and provided excellent customer service. They explained each step and shared why each application was being applied and the risks each may cause if appropriate steps were not followed once the job was complete. They were an excellent team and very personable!
I am very pleased with my tile/grout and carpet.
