One of the terrible experience, when I called the parks construction, they sent an employee to give me a quote. That employee signed a contract, took my money and work was never finished. Left my front porch and backyard in a bad shape. I called Thomas Parks at parks construction to resolve the matter since the employee was sent out by the company, he initially said he will help me fix my repair done if I write a good review and help me refund the money from his employee. None of it happened yet, I have been waiting to resolve this matter since June 31st. I am still hanging in the air with no repairs done and my full payments taken. I have provided all evidence and images to parks construction along with the payments made to his employees. Pretty disappointed to see no one is taking the responsibility to finish the work and honor the contract.

Please see attached correspondence from Thomas Parks from parks construction where his representative reached out for my repair request and a quote. Subsequently, the quote was agreed upon and contract was signed. The owner sent Ashton (employee of the parks construction) to my home address to get the project done. I am left wish the unfinished work with payments made in advance.

I have filed a BBB complaint, as of today complaint is still open until further resolution from the Parks Construction.

I request a refund, please help me collect the refund from your employees since they no longer respond to my calls or messages, I wcan find someone else to do the remaining work.
I am no longer interested in working with the parks construction since they priced to hire irresponsible workers and not taking the responsibility of the damage caused by their employees.

Great to work with from beginning to end. Thomas is easy to communicate with and makes sure the job is done right. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and will definitely reach out for new projects in the future.

Parks construction poured our footer, completed framing, installed our windows, and installed our EPDM roof on our custom build. Thomas was flexible and fair and looked to add value to our project. He was responsive and easy to communicate with. All projects have issues, Thomas worked to correct our issues.

One of my closest friends recommended Parks Construction, and they did a great room addition on my budget. Thanks to the entire team of experts who did me a great job. It was a completely satisfying experience with them. So thanks a lot!

They are able to get our jobs done quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, correctly. Thomas has become our go-to contractor for all our home improvements. In addition to facilitating the skilled work, he and his crew diligently clean up the job site when done, and they leave you with a finished product you can be proud of.

Great contractor, did excellent work. Did what they said they would do, said what they were going to do. Showed up when they said they would. Would definitely use them again.

BEWARE! Worst experience ever! We hired Parks to put in a pool and build a retaining wall. 4 months later and they weren’t even done, the wall started to lien and we called in a structural engineer only to learn it is not structural sound! The pool is crooked and the liner is already coming out. Thomas and his team damaged our property and our neighbors! He took our money and disappeared and we were left with a mess! We had to hire a lawyer and the news about this guy and this company only got worse and now they won’t respond. They were not insured properly for the project and lied about so many things! Their equipment is always breaking down and the moral of the team is horrible! Thomas does not take accountability for anything that goes wrong or when they damage something! Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company! We are heart broken over the thousands and thousands of dollars we have lost and now having to spend to fix the mess they created!

Do not use this company for a roof installation you will not get flashing or drip edge!!! You have to specifically ask for it so they say! When clearly I'm not a roofer, carpenter, or specialist in the line of work! What single mom who had been battling breast cancer would know to ask for drip edge?! 🤔 it's disgusting to use people and not tell them upfront what would be needed. I reached out and called and messaged over 20 times i got no help. And my walls leak moisture now! And caused rotting to begin! Being a honest worker is not their motto. Use someone else or take a chance of getting a cheap job done.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are not reputable and there are substance abuse allegations and all kinds of complaints have now been filed! Here is my story. My wife and decided to enhance our backyard by adding a pool. Because of the google ranking and our first conversations we decided to contact with Parks and the son of the Owner, Thomas.
There were some issues at the beginning and they were always explained away! They have an excuse for everything and it’s never their fault! We wanted to believe them!
Long story short they didn’t do what they were hired to do and they damaged our property and our house in the process! When my wife asked for things to be done correctly she was yelled at and blamed and sent threatening text messages! The abuse from Thomas was so overt I demanded he never contact my wife again!!
We had to spend over 6 figures $$ to complete the job and there were some items that we couldn’t afford to fix!!
The good reviews they have apparently are AI generated and if you’re wondering why we haven’t sued? It’s because our lawyer told us we have one of the best cases that is well documented but these guys are slippery and they don’t have insurance so getting anything collected on the judgement would probably be impossible!
We have now had other victims of this company reach out to us!! They were scammed by Parks Construction too! Feel free to reach out to me if you have been a victim too!

Great job through some truly challenging weather conditions! The Park’s Construction team tore down and rebuilt my deck, rebuilt stairs in my garage, resealed my windows, and repaired various damaging wood rot spots. If I had to nitpick, it was in regards to some of the attention to detail items associated with the finishing touches. That being said, Tom, Kyler, and Dante worked hard to address all of my concerns. In regards to price, I went to multiple contractors and none of them came close to the prices quoted to me by Park Construction.

I do not recommend Parks Construction, or any related company operated by the same ownership, to prospective clients.

I hired Parks Construction to build a screened-in porch addition on my home. The project was ultimately completed, and I completed the final invoice once all contractual obligations appeared to be satisfied.

Ten days after submitting final payment, I received an “Intent to File a Lien” notice from the concrete subcontractor Parks Construction hired for the project. Despite me having paid Parks Construction in full, I learned that the subcontractor had not been paid. As a result, the concrete company later filed a mechanic’s lien in public record against my property.

I immediately notified Parks Construction of the issue. I was repeatedly assured that no lien would be filed and, after it was filed, that the matter would be promptly resolved. Over the following weeks, I received multiple assurances that payment was forthcoming, but the lien remains in place as of the date of this post.

For more than 10 weeks, this situation has remained unresolved. I was told on more than one occasion that bankruptcy filings were affecting the company’s ability to pay; however, I have been unable to verify any such filings through the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) system or the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Most recently, I provided written notice giving Parks Construction 14 days to resolve the issue. I received no response, and no additional payments have been made to the subcontractor.

At this point, I have been left with no option but to begin legal and administrative action to pursue removal of the lien from my property—despite having fully met my obligations under the original contract.

I share this experience so that prospective clients are aware of the financial and business practices I encountered while working with Thomas Parks of Parks Construction LLC.

Parks Construction is the most up front and honest Construction company i have ever delt with. Rachel and Thomas are absolutely the best. Had them remove a addition another company did completely out of code. Put in a new patio and slab for my shed. They fixed the issues to my home and rebuilt the exterior of my home perfectly. They kept me informed and up to date every step of the way. If you need home Construction or anything THIS IS the company to contact! God bless them all and watch over each and everyone!

Titan renovated and updated our kitchen and did a FANTASTIC job. They were easy to work with and communicated really well. I would highly recommend them.

Titan was referred to my mother by her insurance company, and I can't say enough about how positive this experience was. They were immediately responsive, always on time, and the work was high quality. They were particularly sensitive to my mother's concerns about COVID, and were just genuine, good people. Highly recommended.
