Kenny and Miles came to my home today after I had a leak in one of my bathrooms. They were both courteous, I could hear them working as a team together to accomplish what needed to be done. I'm currently still sitting here with fans going to help dry out the moisture. Hopefully when they come back to check, all will be well. I greatly appreciate the quick and efficient response.

My house flooded on Sunday night. I called ServPro immediately. They told me someone from the Huntsville office would call me in the morning. 10 am the next morning I called THEM because no one reached out. They sent someone to look at the house. I was told I would receive an estimate the next day. The next day, after hearing nothing, I called at 3 pm and was told someone would call me back in 3-4 minutes. Well, it’s 7:31 on Thursday night after the flooding and no one has called me back.
I’ve since been told that they are a terrible employer. So bad that almost all of their employees recently quit.

Don’t bother calling them if you actually want your damage restored this century, or at all.

Kenny, Nevis, Cam, and Shania did a great job on the initial appointment. Kenny Nevis Miles and Kelly came in later and helped with equipment removal and assessment. They listened, gave good information and did a great job removing debris, cleaning, setting up machines and monitoring the progress.
