After having my utility bills double earlier this year, I got with Eco Three to check out my attic. They found that the blown-in insulation levels were very low, the can lights weren't sealed, and the the raised ceilings didn't get insulated. They have fixed all of these issues, so my HVAC doesn't keep coming on anymore.

I contacted the guys with Eco Three to insulate my new build. Their team is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were able to keep the project running with a last minute request and a deadline to meet with our inspector.

I moved into my current home just over 1 year ago. I knew I was losing heat in winter/AC in summer due to poor insulation, but had a bad experience in the past with another insulation contractor so I kept pushing it off. A year later I couldn't stand wasting money anymore so I found Eco Three and WOW! Outstanding house insulation job- attic & crawlspace. They did it all in 1-day. Respectful crew, prompt, cleaned up afterwards, and the spray foam has already proven to cut my energy use dramatically. House feels so much more comfortable and quieter now. Excellent communication and support. My only regret is not having them do it sooner. Worth every penny!

Servpro came out to do demolition for a toilet that had overflowed on our second floor and seeped through the living room ceiling. The team did a phenomenal job of prepping the area and getting the demo done in what I thought was record time. Liz, Will, Kaitlyn and Jordan left the Space cleaner than when they arrived. They were also super quick filing paperwork to our insurance company making the whole process so very smooth. Would highly recommend their services!

The drain lines from our air conditioner leaked because of faulty workmanship by the builder. Servpro came out quickly, found the source of the problem, dried everything out, and worked with our insurance agent. This is the second time we’ve used them and we’ve been very pleased. I had a ceiling collapse with lots of sheetrock & insulation fall. Different parts fell over 2 days. Servpro sent out a total of 3 men to clean it up for me. Jimmy & Allen on day 1 and Jimmy & Nevan on day 2. They were all very professional and efficient. All the mess was cleaned up very well. I hope I never have another disaster, but if I do, I hope they will be available to help me out.

Mr. William with Servpro of Madison County was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of clean up to repair. He stayed on top of things and was always available to answer questions when needed. The companies he used were professional and provided quality work.

Tyrone is a Rockstar. No matter how great the service is in the beginning, it has brought my husband and I to wish we had been advised.

1) Trust noone; Assume NOTHING!
2) Always watch the process
3) Know EXACTLY what the workers are doing at ALL times!!!

Upon the arrival of the workers, it was told to them my husband has 8 underlying conditions.
Two being COPD and Congestive Heart Failure.
When removing the waterlogged ceiling and drywall, there were NO precautions taken to assure our safety from the dust and insulation which ended up in the other rooms of the house.
This should have been required by upper management.
This oversight lead to us having to leave our home for 9 days until I could properly clean the walls, floors, furniture and other items affected.
Leaving meant taking medications, nebulizer, bi-pap, insulin, etc. Also, gas was spent on the trips back and forth to meet the workers.

We were told that the trim that was removed was left in the garage. Only partially true.
12 feet of baseboard was removed unnecessarily and discarded. Various other trim was trashed which could have been used as templates or for other purposes at our discretion.

We all have body functions which need attention.
Understandably so.
When I stepped outside to talk to my neighbor, one of the workers helped themselves to a bowel movement. The lid was left up allowing the plume of feces to permeate on my bathroom walls, sink basin, and floors. Disgusting!!! I would have gladly allowed if only asked. Later to find out, this is against company policy. It was one of the most disgusting odors. As I stepped back to my garage, the workers left like a bad-out-of-hell.
The following day when asked who took advantage of my hospitality, they lied and said "Oh no. We wouldn't do that. We could get fired."
I am not looking to have anyone fired. Do not call yourself a Christian and lie to the customer.

Customer just BEWARE!
