One primary concern that they were GREAT with: I work. A LOT. I was able to give the PM (Randy Jenkins) keys to all the locks in house, door combinations, alarm codes, etc. Totally trustworthy.

Hoover General did a great job on my home repair. Justin came out to do the initial inspection and quickly provided me with a detailed estimate. Reid (Project Manager) coordinated the replacement of the drywall, which was damaged by a pinhole leak in the wall near the water heater. He kept us informed of every step, and accommodated the special needs of my family. The subcontractors used were top notch - efficient and professional. They did better than restore the area to its former state - the framing, painting, and support of the water heater are better now than they were before the damage. When I need additional home repairs and/or updates, I'll call Hoover General.

We had water damage from a leaking toilet in one of our bathrooms and had Hoover perform the repair for us. Reid was our project manager and did a great job with communication, transparency, and punctuality throughout the entire process. We never felt like we were being misled or ripped off on pricing. Whenever he gave us a time window for work to be done, we never stood around waiting for the guy to show up - they were always on time. We love the way the bathroom looks now, and we will definitely use Hoover again if we have any other issues.

I called Hoover to repair damage to my bedroom ceiling due to water damage caused by a leaky roof. From the initial meeting with James Burch for my estimate to working with Reid Roberts (Project Manager) to complete the project, the entire process has been "OUTSTANDING"!!! Reid and his team were a pleasure to work with. The customer service and professionalism displayed was top-notch. He kept me informed on each stage of the repair and accommodated my schedule due to personal issues. I was very happy with the final results of the repair and would gladly recommend Hoover to anyone.

Brent supervised a remodel of our kitchen after major water damage. He was so helpful in explaining all the steps to take and the outcome was beautiful. These are great people to work with who will stay with you until you are satisfied with the job.

We had water damage from a burst pipe in our kitchen. The damage required replacement of all the wood flooring, new drywall, new molding, and countertops. Hoover GC stepped in, and made a bad situation turn out great. The project manager kept everything on track, and gave sound advice when we had questions about options. The workers were always on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up the area when finished. The finished product is outstanding. If you need work done whether planned or unplanned, you need to give Hoover General Contractors a call. They are honest and dependable.

Hoover General Contractors did a great job for us correcting an issue with our flooring. We had an issue where another contractor laid carpet over a bad part of the subfloor.
They came in and corrected the issue and addressed all of our concerns.

They were very professional and showed up on time when they said they would be there.

I had such a great experience working with Hoover General Contractors and feel like they exceeded my expectations. Brent, the general contractor was there any time that I needed to talk with someone and all of the contractors were friendly and professional and I would definitely use this company again for any further work that needs to be done on my home.

We are very pleased with the finished product. We had a water leak at our place of business which first required a restoration service to totally remove the flooring in all but three rooms of the building. Hoover General Contractors then had to replace the underlayment, then paint and then install laminate flooring. Thank goodness for insurance. The total cost between the mitigation and the restoration was over $50,000. The stress and the down time for our business (over two months) were overwhelming at times – but we now have a beautiful new floor and fresh paint throughout. The crews that work with Hoover General Contractors do an outstanding job and if there is an issue, Hoover works with the crews to get it resolved. They are professional and trustworthy.

My house had serious water damage prior to my moving in. Hoover General Contractors came highly recommended to me, so I entrusted them to do all the restoration and repairs. Having owned rental properties and also having done renovations on my own homes, I do have a basis of comparison and can say that the quality of service and workmanship was exceptional. This was a complex job requiring a rebuild of the floor joists and everything above them, and entailed carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical and painting. The subcontractors were highly skilled and closely supervised by my project manager, Brett Butler, who was always prompt and responsive to my communications. There was no part of the work that wasn't thoroughly explained to me. I would highly recommend this company based upon the work that they did for me. Highly pleased!

Reid made sure everything was on time and was able to get done according to our tight schedule. Even when there were some accidents with the sub contractors, they were quick to come in and fix things afterwards.

Project Manager was informative on time with every little bit of information that was necessary for us especially When it came to material selection, our project manager directed us to the right source for the material we We’re looking for. we have had work done by other contractors in the past that did not pan out too well. I will say that Hoover General Contractors and Zac Cagle I will be calling again for any future work that has to be done. If you are looking for a Contractor who follows through on every level! when it comes to communication, on time , explaining the process, knowing the scope of work and what is required to be done, and having quality subcontractors who care about the work they do.
