Chris and his crews have done two projects for us over the past year. The first was a complete and extensive upgrade to our master bathroom, master bedroom, and upstairs bathroom. The second was the take down of our deck, and the construction of a larger screened-in porch, with vaulted ceiling, floor-to-ceiling fireplace, composite flooring, a faux stone wall, and French door installation. Minor challenges and hiccups were dealt with quickly and without fanfare. The pictures speak for themselves. I have recommended Chris to other neighbors and friends. Enough said.

I used Gothart’s for a master bathroom remodel. Chris, Steven, and Kristen were a joy to work with. They are professional - yet feel like family! This professional also includes their subcontractors. They cleaned up everything before they left every day. The entire team was pleasant to work with and super quick to respond to text messages at all times. Having Kristen help with the bathroom design also sets Gothart’s standards above all other remodeling contractors! She set up all appointments for tile, countertop, vanity, etc. and guided me through each decision. Words that come to mind to describe Gothart’s team are: trustworthy, honest, conscientious, easy to communicate with, professional, top quality, on time, experienced, responsive, dependable, pleasant. I will definitely use this team again for any future projects!

Gothart Homes completed a whole house renovation for us and built a bedroom/bathroom in the second story space of our two story living room. Other contractors shied away from flooring in our 20 foot ceilings, but Chris Gothart made me feel optimistic and confident about the job after the very first meeting. While we were at it, we expanded and completely remodeled the kitchen, as well as the existing 3 bathrooms. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful home! Gothart is very responsive, professional, trustworthy, and just a great company to work with. We highly recommend Gothart for any remodel or new build!

Gothart Homes has done a lot of work on our home from putting in new windows with custom trim to a complete kitchen remodel including taking out a wall to adding a partially covered patio to our back yard. Most recently we had a water leak in our primary shower (they did not install the original shower) and Chris went above and beyond with our insurance company to get us reimbursed and completely redid our beautiful new shower. Would we use them again? Absolutely! And we recommend them to all our friends.

Gothart Homes and Renovations are the absolute best. They completely renovated our home and after working with them I strongly recommend you hire them for your next project. The work they did was of the highest quality, the communication was great from start to finish, and they made the renovation a really enjoyable experience.

Chris and his subcontractors did an excellent job on our new porch addition! They replaced a dilapidated wood porch, added a roof, gutters, downspout drains, a brick and concrete porch, and a big wrap-around concrete patio. They installed new electrical, fans, and canned lights too. I work from home so I was able to catch a few potential mistakes with framing, concrete, and drainage before they occurred. I have no doubt Chris would make it right had I not been home. I did have a couple call-backs to get some vinyl work repaired (wavy ceiling and a couple ugly joints). Chris had recently lost his screen contractor so I had to find one myself. BLT did an excellent job for me. I had to install my own stair rails as well, which I purchased through Home Depot after tons of research (Peak Aluminum Deck Railing). I also did my own landscaping with top soil and sod to finish it off.
The concrete contractor did not cover my brick when pouring, so I ended up with a good bit of splatters across the back of the house. That’s the one mistake I wish we had avoided. Chris paid a pressure washer to come do his best to remedy it, but it was mostly permanent.
Chris’ communication was great. He helped me finalize my design with a future pool in mind. I thought he was fair on price as well. I would definitely do business with Chris again!

Their processes from start to finish moved liked clockwork, and they made sure we were satisfied at every turn. The subcontractors were a joy to work with as well. After all was said and done, we ended up with a beautiful home, and a bunch of folks i consider friends. Chris and I still call and catch up with each other often, so their service doesnt end upon completion. Good man, great company!

Ricardo Miguel and his crew replaced a potion of my home's foundation that had dry rotted. Once started, it was discovered that the damage was more extensive than previously thought. However they were able to address everything without missing a beat. I highly recommend R & M Home Renovations.

Great company! Ricardo is very knowledgeable and professional and reliable. He and his crew worked tirelessly to repair our sagging floor. They ran into some unexpected problems but they did not leave until the job was completed. Ricardo and everyone else at R&M did a great job with our crawlspace. We have an older home with little room to maneuver in the crawlspace, and they worked long hours to reinforce the flooring system correctly and quickly. We will be using them without hesitation in the future for other remodeling project.

My husband and I were very pleased with the work Ricardo and Miguel did on our river cabin foundation. We converted a porch to a laundry room and needed the crawl space foundation dug and enclosed. Some rot also had to be repaired. They did a top notch professional job at a competitive price. Ricardo is very responsive, and dependable to do what he says he will do.

Ricardo and his crew did a great job removing an old two story deck and installing a beautiful new one that is leak-proof. I wanted to cement underneath and he coordinated that as well as new electrical work. I am now working with him to design a large lower deck replacement.
