We recently had a home Inspection on house in Madison, AL, and it left us with more questions than answers. This is our 6th home purchase, so we know what to expect. We’re having another inspection by a different company as a result. Roof was inspected by drone with Ally and report is in complete opposition to roofer we had evaluate and who actually got on the roof to inspect. Ally inspector showed up 30 minutes early and started outside inspection without us. Yet, he completely missed some stair-step cracks in brick mortar; and a golfball size hole in wood that had siding missing. Inspector stated testing roof powered vents weren’t part of inspection, and he didn’t know switches were nearby to use to test. My husband actually showed him. The “technical” method for checking for level floor on questionable area was merely walking on it to “feel” for slope. So many more issues with this inspection! Definitely NOT worth the price!!! I’d recommend going with a local, individually-owned company.

This company is absolutely magnificent. I have purchased several homes and had numerous home inspections, but all of the other experiences cannot hold a candle to the Ally experience.
