Todd is a pro. Very thorough, timely, and detailed in his report. He is available most of the time (including weekends and in the late evening) and is always willing to help if I have clarifying questions on inspection findings. His work comes with a warranty, so if he misses something you'd be covered anyway. If I require home inspection services again, this guy is 100% getting my business.

Integra Inspection Services, LLC did an excellent job on our new-home inspection. Out of 94 items inspected, he identified 25 deficiencies, and the report was thorough, well organized, and easy to read. What really stood out was how clearly he distinguished inspection findings from typical “blue tape” cosmetic items—he used red tape to mark the deficient items on-site, which made it incredibly easy to walk the house with our builder and avoid confusion.

He caught a good mix of issues across exterior details (sealing/caulking, window closure, door latches/weatherstripping), safety items (handrails/steps), and important mechanical items (electrical, plumbing support/slope, missing CO detectors), plus a few bigger functional concerns (appliance operation, garage door balance/sensors).
