Jeff and his crew did a great job updating my kitchen by getting rid of my high bar and extending the counter out. Installing new counters and backsplash. Installed hardwood in the kitchen and bedroom closet. Very pleased with the work, my kitchen looks totally new.

Covenant Homebuilders has completed the renovation of our condo built in the late 1980's. The job required reconstructing a weight bearing wall, rebuilding stairs, adding a half bath, and modifying the floor plan to accommodate a wheelchair. The finished outcome met our expectations. We found the crew and subs easy to work with, the work was guaranteed, and we would call on Covenant Homebuilders for any future jobs.

Just wanted to say that not only is Jeff Hipp a stand up guy but he and his crew are TOP NOTCH! They did every thing I wanted and then some and the quality was top tier. If I had questions , he answered them without delay and with competence. If I didn’t like something, he made it right and with a quickness. They even fixed a few things I didn’t have included in my estimate at no charge. You can't go wrong with Covenant Homebuilders. They will meet and exceed all your expectations. I was happy enough that I bought his truck off of him in order for him to be able to buy a used dump truck he desperately needed. Jeff and his team were great in the complete process of getting a roof replacement on my mom’s main house and adjacent garage structure. From inspection, shingle selection, to day of implementation. The crew was efficient and appropriate size to get the new roofing completed in a single day, and additional clean up the next morning. This included notifying us when some decking needed to be replaced and having that done quickly. The quality of work from taping decking seams, weather barrier underlayment, new vent piping sleeve boots, appropriate placed ice and water shield was excellent before final shingle installation. As an architect myself, I highly recommend Jeff and his team at Covenant Homebuilders.

Cooper Building and Roofing has done work for me 5 times as a minimum. They put on vinyl siding, they redid the roof and even added a roof ridge vent, they did repairs and replacements after a huge water leak required replacement of the floor in the living room and re-carpeting of the stairway, and they repaired the HVAC unit. These various jobs were spaced out over perhaps 15 years. This is my go-to company for any major work I need done. They worked with my homeowners insurance since the roof was damaged by hail and also on the repairs after the water leak. They are easy to talk to and they are good about returning my calls. They made good suggestions on how to go about doing the jobs when I wasn’t sure what to do. They did excellent work on these wide variety of needs in my home.

Integrity, a word you rarely hear anymore. Matthew, the owner walked me through the whole roofing process and estimate. He even came by with shingle samples, climbed to the roof and laid them out so that I might see what they actually look like in the sunlight. His staff of 15yrs. worked in perfect sync. It was like watching a find tuned machine working at full capacity. They were finished in half a day. Clean up was remarkable. It was though they were never here. Thanks team !
