Update: ServPro’s owner has reached out to me directly and this was due to a miscommunication between teams. I am waiting for the work to be completed to overall change my rating, but so far I am much happier about the future with then doing the work.

Original: I was insanely happy with the mold remediation team and ready to give a five star review. However, after waiting two weeks, leaving three messages and talking two two additional people on site, I was do finally told today when I called a fourth time that the repair side isn’t taking on any new customers!

I am now left with this nightmare mess for even longer because I didn’t contact anyone else!

What is worse is they sold me on them doing the work! I wouldn’t have had any idea that they did repairs if they hadn’t sold me on their services!

I am beyond furious and completely overwhelmed.

My insurance company recommended Servpro for reconstruction after water mitigation was provided by another company. After dealing with both i wish I had just went with Servpro for everything. My primary contact was Tom Stamper who did an awesome job of coordinating the day to day work and keeping me informed as this was not my primary residence. Gotta go...tornado warning!

William was leading our project to make repairs after a recent tornado. He was very communicative, extra helpful and kind. Highly recommend working with him for home repairs.

I recently had a water leak in my home, and I want to give a big shout-out to Will and David from ServPro for their excellent service. They arrived promptly, set up all the necessary equipment quickly, and were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They took extra care to keep everything clean and tidy, and by the time they were done, it was like nothing had ever happened.

Their construction manager Will Fowler, was also great to work with. He and his team took care of everything from start to finish—including packaging and moving furniture, which made things much easier on my end. Even though the floor replacement ended up taking about a week longer than I expected (three weeks total), but in the end, the quality of the work made up for the delay.

Overall, I’m really happy with the results and appreciate the team’s hard work and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Will, David, and the ServPro team to anyone dealing with water damage or home restoration.

Will and his team of chandler and Saul were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated well and got the job done in short order.

Had a workman fall through my ceilings in 2 different rooms. After a year I had no luck with the vendor so I called in my insurance company, State Farm. Once approved Servpro got on the job and completed the work in a week…. Coming every day, communicating the work done, cleaning up after themselves, addressing any concerns, very professional. Helping my elderly neighbor with a leak in her home & her insurance company called in Servpro. Kenny & Nevas came out & explained each step of the process & were very professional.

We had a flood in our basement which completely destroyed the finished portion of our basement as well as a good portion on our garage. We called a few different restoration companies but Servpro was the most time efficient and had someone out to us within 20-30 mins of our initial call.
Chandler and Joe were extremely professional and got right to work. They were very kind and answered all of our nervous questions with ease. We hope we never have to experience this ever again but if we ever did, we would absolutely special request Chandler and Joe. They worked so hard while working with our insurance every step of the way to get to correct approvals to do what’s right for our home given the mess we were in. We’re so grateful they were there to help make a really bad day a little less stressful!

After experiencing a busted water pipe, i had no idea what to do, who to call etc for the clean up and drying out process. Servpro of Madison Co was suggested by my insurance company. Everyone Ive been in contact with has been so very helpful. Jordon and Kaitlyn have been coming every day to check on the drying progress. They have been very professional in their approach. Tearing out the damage was done quickly and efficiently and they kept me updated on the following steps of the job.

Dennis, Nevas, Charles, Will, Myles, Kenny, and Alex all helped with the water damage. They responded quickly to reduce the damage. They were courteous and communicated about what was being done and were careful and thorough in their work.

Allen & Russell were our assigned ServPro technicians. They were phenomenal. They communicated with us frequently and clearly throughout the day they cleaned up a flood on the first floor of our house, which was caused by a cracked reverse osmosis housing under our kitchen sink. It ran unchecked for up to five hours, and it left up to one quarter inch of water throughout my first floor. Alan and Russell were here by 7:30 the next morning to help us recover. Their swift action helped us minimize the damage caused by the leak.

Alan and Russell have a seamless relationship with the ServPro reconstruction department, and they set the stage for us to get back to normal on the first floor of our house. I appreciate all their hard work.
