One of your employees ran a stop sign and nearly hit me just now while taking my child to school. (Campbell dr and Old Gurley) Remind your guys to follow traffic laws as they represent your company even before they "clock on". This is not the first time I've noticed one of your guys driving crazy in the morning. Being late is not good enough reason to put yourself and others in danger.

Great service! I had some electrical issues reported on a home inspection and a friend had recommended me to call K electric. The office manager was a pleasure to talk to and the electrician was on time, professional and courteous! This is one company that the owner is available to assist and answer any questions or issues that you might have. I highly recommend them for big or small electrical jobs.

AVOID!!! Terrible to work with. They did not inspect any of the issues we had and instead insisted on performing work based on speculation. They then refused to come out and complete the job the night before their next appointment, forcing us to have to agree to them "downgrading" (supervisor Cole's word) our electric system before they would complete the work they were contracted to do.

My company uses K Electric for most of their work so I asked for their help on my own home project. They were on time, professional, efficient, and got the job done. Thank you so much for your help K Electric! I cannot say enough good things about them.

Called them to get a quote on a small project in our home... they came out within the week and told us we would hear back in a couple of days with the estimate. We've yet to hear back and they won't answer the phone. It's been over a week at this point. So disappointed especially because we had learned how much our neighbors loved working with them.

The two gentlemen that came out was respectful and very nice, they actually cared about the job they were doing and when they hit a point they didn’t know instead of leaving and saying they had no idea what to do next, they went and actually found a solution that really surprised me. Awesome job they did. I recommend them and will definitely use their services again..

Two young men came today to fix the lights under our counter. (Sorry I didn’t get their names). Were her less than 10 minutes, showed me how to reprogram the light with the remote and replaced one of the strips. All on warranty. Very pleasant men and very helpful.

Darren and Colin came by this morning, arriving early, but called ahead. I had them install two dedicated 20 amp outlets in my garage. The fuse box was on the other side of the house. They worked through the attic and down the walls. They did an excellent job! The receptacles look like they were an original part of the house. The wiring in the attic was done so well I could hardly find it. They were professional and very courteous and polite. They got the job done quickly and professionally. They cleaned up every step of the way. I would definitely call them back for my next project.

I called to have someone to come out to check my outside outlets not working. I thought I looked at the breaker and gcfi outlets thoroughly enough. He suggested I check rather sending a truck out. He stayed on the phone the whole time. Saved me a house call. Was very friendly and understanding! I suggest them to anyone who need fast and honest service!

Derrick is awesome!! He came to fix our electric panel. He was prompt, proficient, and professional. After some of the experiences we've had, it's so refreshing to have someone who knows what he's doing and had all the parts too. THANK YOU. Keep up the good work

We found Anchor Electric on line after excusing another well known electrical company for excessive cost estimate & complicated unnecessary contracts. Anchor responded immediately & came the next morning right on time. Derick, their technician, assessed the job,, provided a reasonable quote & went to work immediately. He finished each task expeditiously & with excellent quality & was finished within a few hours. He even allowed us to alter one task & performed it in short order. I highly recommend this company for your home electrical needs!

ACW was a subcontractor for Bret Slaton Homes during the remodel of our house after tree damage. When our contract with Bret Slaton ended abruptly, we had to hire a new electrical company to take over the permit and finish the work. Unfortunately, they not only had to complete the unfinished work, but also correct multiple mistakes and code violations left behind by ACW.
Among the problems discovered were live wires left behind inside the walls, code violations involving breakers, improperly located devices, and work that did not match the approved design plans. For example, AFCI breakers were required for final inspection on new circuits and on original circuits that had been modified beyond 6 feet with a new device added, yet several breakers installed by ACW had to be replaced in order to pass inspection.
We also found that a closet light switch had been tied into a bedroom AC outlet circuit, and a bathroom GFCI installed by ACW was placed too close to the sink faucet. When the new electrician relocated that device, they discovered ACW had left a hot wire behind the wall covered only with black electrical tape. Testing confirmed it was still live, which created a serious fire hazard.
Most of the electrical work in the laundry room had to be redone because ACW either missed or ignored the design plans showing where switches and ceiling lights were supposed to be located. In addition, there had been a city note during inspection requiring the smoke detectors to be checked before final inspection during the framing and prewiring, but ACW never prepared the house during framing when they ran new electrical cables for the interconnected detectors required by code. That oversight cost us significantly more money later because the installation had to be done after the walls were closed.
In total, we spent about $12,000 to fix work ACW had already been paid to do and to correct their mistakes. It is very concerning that a certified electrical company would perform work that failed to meet code and created issues that should have been obvious before final inspection. Based on our experience, I would not recommend ACW.
