Walk in this store to shop for a number of different lights. Not 1 person ask us if we needed help. Walked all over the store. I guess you have to he dressed up to get waited on.

Helpful employees, decent prices, & TONS of lights in all styles. Building a house & our light budget was with them. Much more affordable than Richard's Lighting.

Great place for trendy up to date designs. Quality products and Terri is a great person in sales who knows what customers look for-a beautiful light at a great price.

Needed to buy all new lighting for master bath and kitchen about 4:40 and was greeted with "we're closing". After asking if I could still look around and no one offering to help I left. I'll go somewhere where they're interested in making a sale.

Customer service is awful and not truthful. I would not buy a light bulb from them! My electrician called for wire in advance for pick up. They said they would not cut it in advance. This is understood, however, as I was heading over to pick it up, I called to ensure they would be open at 4:30. They replied “yep until 5pm. I walked in the door and they said sorry, no one is here to cut wire, we let them go early.”

This wouldn’t have been a problem if my electrician didn’t call in advance to have the wire cut waiting on my arrival and if they informed me when I called. To top it all off, when I left out, I looked backed and they were smirking.

I drive an 1.5 hours out of my way in rush hour traffic to have them not have the wire ready for pick up and no one to cut it 30 minutes before they were to close.

I will not do business with them ever again.

Very friendly staff. Took my four year old and her puppy and they treated them like movie stars. They have very competitive prices compared to big box stores with a hige selection. I was greeted at the door by my new buddy Jim and he helped me the whole way and answered all my question. Its nice to know that there is still places out there that know how to treat customers. I have to say I enjoyed my visit.

I was needing a breaker for my home and was directed to Inline. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and able to quickly find a suitable replacement. Price was fair for this particular item.

I am upgrading this review to 5 stars due to their follow up and concern for their customers. Good service is hard to beat. Inline....i hope to not have problems in the future but if i do...you will be one of the first places i stop. Thank you again for your service and concern on ensuring i had what i needed for my family.

I’ve been shopping at this store for years. Usually a pleasant experience. Not so lately. The ladies at the front desk in the showroom acted almost annoyed when I asked questions.
No effort was made to give some guidance or help with purchasing
a desk light that would be charged with a usb, instead of an electrical cord. I know they can place orders of items they don’t stock in the store, but I guess she just didn’t feel like offering that option. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Great place to find wholesale security equipment

Great service and friendly people but they left their mess behind in my office and I had to clean it up.

If they can't park, I definitely can't trust them with electrical needs!

I was very pleased with the electrical work I had Allied Electric complete for me.

A $110 service call to switch two wires, after I already had the electric outlet opened up. A rip-off.

I called Allied Electric and was transferred to the Service Manager named Nathan. Spoke with him, set up a day and exact time to meet at my home for an estimate to be given. I got off work early on chosen day so I could be here on time and they did NOT SHOW OR CALL! Which is very unprofessional and not a great way to be conducting a business!!

Great service all the way around! Professional, courteous, AND showed up on time. I told the electrician what work I wanted completed and wasn't there to assist in showing him. He took pictures, verified, called and verified and then completed work within an HOUR! Great company!

Best service you could ask for. Highly recommended for all your electrical needs.
