I had an excellent result from Michael Brown and his team in fixing an electrical problem with my bedroom plugs that continually tripped the circuit breaker. He was here when he said he would be, did the repair within the time frame of the original estimate and all work was done expertly and everything now works perfectly.

It was fate! We were in pinch to get electrical services done asap before the installation of our cabinets. I called a couple and they couldn't come out until next week. I got online and did one last search on my computer for an electrician in my area...Brown and Love popped up on top. I got an immediate response and Michael was at my house an hour later. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He went right to work and upon completion he gave a full detail of what he did and all the things we should consider. He spent an additional 30 min answering questions and giving us recommendations other areas of the home that needed attention. His prices were reasonable and will be our go to guy for all our electrical needs!

For some reason, the GFCI outlet in my upstairs bathroom wasn’t grounded properly from the downstairs bathroom GFCI, and it frequently tripped. A technician from a large local electrical company spent over an hour troubleshooting the issue but ultimately concluded that the wire running from downstairs to upstairs was broken somewhere inside the wall. He recommended a $1,000 rewiring job, plus additional costs to repair the opened drywall.

Seeking a second opinion, I had Jon stop by for a free diagnosis. In less than 30 minutes, he discovered that the ground wire for the upstairs outlet was actually connected to the outdoor outlet, where the ground connection had failed. This was the root cause of the issue. Jon’s expertise and excellent service saved me at least a thousand dollars! I highly recommend him!

We had Michael from Brown & Love come out to give us an estimate for having our electrical service upgraded from 200 to 400 amps and to run electrical wiring underground to our newly built shop at the back of our home. They were very prompt in coming out to give us an estimate and were very reasonable when we compared them with three other companies in the area. B&L installed a disconnect for a mini split unit we needed. Very satisfied with the results and reasonably priced. Will be using them in the future.
