Had another company en route for after hour service $$$ and ended up canceling them because the people at HES helped me tackle my issue over the phone and told me how I could restore power without starting a fire rather than taking advantage of a desperate novice THEN showed up early next morning on time and fixed the issue, saved me 150 bucks and phenomenal customer service

I bought a large machine line that requires so much power we had to work with Huntsville Utilities to upgrade the building's power service and transformer. I had no idea what I was getting into, but the folks at Huntsville Electrical Services walked me through the entire process and gave good advance on the best way to handle the upgrade at the most reasonable price.

The electrician that Huntsville Electrical Services sent out was Steven. He did an amazing job restoring the heating in my hot water heater. It was really difficult to find where the power outlet was because of the way my condo was wired. Steven was exceptional in figuring out that my breaker box was mislabeled. He replaced the bad breaker and restored my hot water. Great job and highly recommended.

I had HES out to do a new underground service and rough wire a new construction. They did a great job and the inspector was happy. They have done several jobs in the past for me as well. Always happy with the service!

Made two appointments online. I got confirmation for both and they showed up for neither. First time I called them up and they said their wasn't an address. Probably because their app doesn't ask for it. Second time I typed it into the comments. An hour after that appointment I got a text changing the time to one hour later. They didn't show up for that time either. Doesn't show up doesn't call.

The guys were professional, hard working and arrived when they said they would. The electricians installed a new security system and were able to diagnose the problem on some motion sensor lights. Super happy with their service. I will request their services again for some other work needed. Thank you.

Had an appointment and they never showed up. Rescheduled for the next day and he was an hour late. The office hours aren’t accommodating at all when they wanted me to bring a check by. My work hours expand earlier and later than theirs and I cannot just leave work to drop a check off. What I’m most upset by is the mess that was left. My realtor was here with the electrician so I wasn’t home monitoring. When I got home there was a big mess where he worked. I just feel like for $250 for 20 minutes worth of work the professional thing would be to not make a big mess and just leave it.
