The company overall is very professional and friendly. From the owner to the scheduler and the technicians. We had Tyler E. come out for the estimate of a generator and for the install job and he was wonderful. He described the whole process clearly and asked for permission on any small changes. He made sure we understood how everything worked and said to call with any questions. We were also having to stick to a strict budget and they were gladly able to make it work. I would highly recommend this company!

Curtis came out and provided me with an estimate for the work I want done. Curtis called before he was on his way. He was extremely courteous and personable, as he was assessing what I wanted done. I accept the estimate and look forward to having a technician to return for the work.

UPDATE: Curtis came back out to install 2 fans. One of the fans needed to be assembled. He assembled the fan, took down the other fan and installed both fans quickly and professionally. I was amazed at how quickly he completed the job. When finished, he walked me through controlling the new fan and its remote. Before leaving, he took the box and wrapping with him and left the area clean.

Timely and prompt service. Technician was thorough and detailed as to what was required to correct issues. Price was reasonable.

I am very satisfied with Mister Sparky and the Electrician Nicholas that was sent out this morning to put up a light fixture in our master bathroom.He was very polite and took less time than what I thought to do the work. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again when I need electrical work done.

Nick was amazing. He did some work for us and we were happy with his communication, efficiency, and friendly/professional service. Several weeks later, our home needed an inspection to check on the electrical that was done so that we could close escrow. The inspector came and said every outlet Nick had added a GFCI to was not functioning properly. We panicked and called in for Mr. Sparky to come out to check the work. Nick was at our home within the hour and checked everything. Turns out, the inspector’s meter was faulty and Nick’s work was done correctly. We are very grateful for Mr. Sparky being so attentive to our concerns and quick to respond when we were on the deadline for escrow. We are building a new home and would highly recommend using this company and Nick in particular.

Technician was very professional and competent. All task were completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Curtis is to be highly recommend.

We had Nick Murray from Mr. Sparky out to give an estimate for wiring up an attic fan install. He called early to let me know he was coming and I received a text. He arrived on time and set right to work checking out what needed to be done. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. He quickly gave me an estimate of the work to be done, offered to look at any other issues I might need addressed, and explained that they would email my estimate to me and would be glad to take care of the work should we decide to follow through. This young man is an asset to this company as he conveys the attitude that they’re more interested in obtaining us as customers as opposed to just landing this one job. Good job!

Called Mister Sparky for what I thought was a circuit breaker issue. They had an electrician (Nic) at the house in less than an hour. Nic was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and was able to diagnose and repair the wiring issue quickly all while explaining everything to me in detail so that I understood what was happening.

Webb did a great job was very knowledgeable about putting the light fixture on the ceiling replacing all of the smoke detectors with newer smoke detectors explaining why they were always beeping I recommend

Mr. Tyler English provided a spectacular service to install my doorbell ring camera! He was very pleasant and cheerful. He is very smart and knowledgeable in his craft! He described the project fully before he started work and was patient to answer my questions. The work was done flawlessly and clean. I will ask for Tyler to come back to install my two outdoor security cameras.
