I don’t think I would recommend this service. They “follow up” too much after giving an estimate, asking for reviews multiple times through text messages that seem copy and pasted. They also upsell really effectively in my opinion. They will answer questions you have about the jobs they want to do for you, but they admit they are more expensive than other services in the area and it’s hard to get a straight answer about what is immediately necessary and what can wait. They will say everything is top priority. I was scared my house was going to burn down after my appointment with them. I got a second opinion from another company, and it turns out everything wasn’t so critical or expensive. Mr. Electric has amazing sales men. If you want a sales man working on your house, go for it. I personally prefer a business model that doesn’t feel like a script comes out when it’s time to pick a service or payment option. The new 3 prong outlet they installed looks great, but unfortunately I didn’t need it and I’ll be having another company upgrade it to a 4 prong for a much more reasonable price.

Justin was outstanding to work with. He quickly diagnosed and resolved a complex electrical issue that others had struggled to pinpoint, all while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. He clearly explained what was going on, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right the first time. His problem-solving skills and demeanor are top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a highly capable and reliable electrician.

Andrew Burgess was the greatest guy. He was very informative and professional. Alot of knowledge and so incredibly helpful! Will definitely call this company again! Awesome!

I’m late posting this. I’m sorry I forgot the two gentlemen‘s names who came out to my house to reconnect the hood vent wires. I highly recommend Mr. electric. The gentlemen were punctual, polite and highly knowledgeable of their craft.

Excellent service from Mr. Electric. Wyatt did a great job installing some under cabinet lights in the kitchen. He was always very professional and completed the installation sooner than I was expecting. Certainly, I would recommend this company to anyone.

I would highly recommend! I was hooking up a dryer in my house when I knocked all the power out. Happened late afternoon. Even though my call was going into after hours they showed up in a timely manner. Junior was my guy. So friendly and professional. I felt bad for him having to work after hours but he assured me with a smile on his face and a pleasant attitude it was no problem. He did not rush through the job. He took his time and explained things to me in a way that I understood. Turns out my outlet was not properly installed and he fixed the issue. He explained to me about how my electricity was wired in my house and things that I may need to look into fixing. Junior was outstanding! Thanks for all your help! I look forward to working with you guys for all my future electric needs. Hopefully not many though! Price was fair especially with it being an after hours call.

Gage did an excellent job replacing three outdoor light fixtures and attic light. One outdoor light & attic light had completely stopped working, he immediately found their problem & fixed them accordingly. I am very happy with his work. He also has a outstanding personality!

Gage Baker and Chandler Sealy came to install our office lights and were beyond personable, professional and kind. They hung the lights beautifully and quickly. I would recommend hiring Mr. Electric for your electrical needs. Gage made us ladies laugh while also teaching us about how electricity works. So happy with Mr. Electric and their technicians.

Justin Hill, outstanding work. Thorough, professional, and very transparent about the whole process. Not only did he come in and diagnose exactly what was wrong, but he thoroughly explained everything to me so I had a better understanding of my own home. I cannot recommend Justin and his company enough, this is an employee that stands proudly for the company he works for and spoke highly of all his coworkers and Superiors. Highly recommend Justin and his team for any of your electrical needs! It’s an investment in your homes health!

I highly recommend Ryan Duvall for electrical work. He was extremely thorough in diagnosing the issue and quickly identified the root cause of the wiring problem. Ryan took the time to carefully inspect everything, explained what he found, and made sure the repair was done correctly and safely. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to doing the job right gave me a lot of confidence in the work.

The generator technician was efficient and effective. He quickly analyzed the issue and installed the correct part quickly. Our unit was still under warranty so it cost me nothing. Very pleased with the outcome.

A little pricy, but I feel sometimes excellent service, thorough coverage and skill are worth the price tag. Hayden was very professional, and as a steel worker who doesn't know anything about electric work, he did his best to thoroughly explain what he was doing and why. Him and Dakota were very professional, getting the work done in a thorough and timely manner! If I ever need electric work done again, I'm calling and asking for these two!

Isaac the general Mgr came out for free to give me an estimate for service and absolutely no pressure sales. Everything presented up front i had the choice to have work done this day or wait. He was super nice. He did a full circuit box inspection and noticed a couple safety hazards. Gave me a price and I could either pic from the suggestions or wait without any sales pressure. I wanted a couple items repaired and Isaac called his installer Gage to come out. Gage was there in no time at all. He was super nice, easy to talk to and was finished also in a minor time limit.I could tell his work was very neat and explained to me exactly what wascompleted. He installed and repaired just what I asked him to do. I was very impressed and Mr. Electric warranties all there work. I will have Isaac and Gage for sure back again to finish other work I need done after the holidays.
Plus!!!! They did not have any estimate fees just for coming out for an estimate. I was totally impressed with their friendly professionalism!!

We purchased a Generac home generator from Mr electric,,Bryan Mitchell came out the day before they were to install did a through inspection of our home,,verified location generator was to be installed,,made a through list of all they needed to bring for the job. Went over everything that they be doing the following day,, how long it would take and how long our power would be off…Bryan and his crew,,Mike and Jayden arrived the next morning and started the job. Installation went very smoothly,, job was completed, power was back on,,Bryan did a complete overview of the generator operation with me,,they cleaned up, and finished on time.

Justin Hill gave great customer service. He spent time troubleshooting the electrical connections to the fireplace and recommended a fireplace company to repair/replace electrical component. He was always on time and conducted himself in a friendly and professional manner.
