Nick, Curtis, and Ashley did a great job upgrading our old electrical system, in preparation for installing solar panels on our home. They not only did good work, they explained everything they did, completed the work on time and within budget, and they provided a smooth interface with Huntsville Utilities. We will call on Mister Sparky again the next time we need electrical work.

We own and manage several rental properties, and it can be difficult finding reliable contractors. We recently had an electrical problem at one of our rental houses, and we contacted Mister Sparky for an estimate.

The lady at the home office, Candy, was very helpful and friendly, and she coordinated with the tenants to schedule the visit. The technician, Webb, showed up on time, was very friendly and professional, and explained the problem, proposed a solution, gave us a very fair estimate, and promptly got the job done. Fast, professional, and inexpensive.

We are pleased, the tenants are pleased, and we will be exclusively using Mister Sparky again for our future electrical needs!

They were highly professional, transparent in removing our chandelier, and took all necessary safety measures during the installation process. Stephen was very professional and got the job done quickly. He also made sure that everything was complete and areas cleaned up prior to leaving. Now for Neighborly who is taking over most of the appointment setting up and call customer service...I DO NOT like talking to a Virtual Assistant on the phone that cant help me with any questions or support, if I ask for a live customer service agent, then it should also transfer me to it.

Steven was excellent. He addressed all of my concerns, made suggestions for things I didn’t know needed addressed, and answered all of my questions. After the work was completed, he cleaned up after himself and walked me through everything he had done.

I called Mr Electric yesterday, 5/15, due to an electrical circuit blowing in my home, due to a faulty GFI. A repairman, Hayden, was dispatched the same day, and he diagnosed the problem within 3 minutes. While he was there, I requested a complete overhaul of the 20 year old system to include running additional lines for Christmas decorations and 2 garage freezers. Hayden quickly crawled under the house, checked all grounding of the structure and made a list of everything that would bring the home up to code regulation. I agreed and he had the work partially completed that day and finished the following day. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend Mr Electric of Huntsville and especially Hayden.

We had to replace our entire electric panel the week before Christmas. Mike and Jaden did an amazing job! They were courteous, punctual, informative and efficient in the replacement process. We are very satisfied with their service, & will definitely call them again should we have future problems.
