Excellent service every time. They don't try to nickel and dime you and are very straight forward with their pricing and services. The technician I have had several times is Tyler, and he has been awesome. They are the only electricians I use for my business and personal needs.

Nick was great. He did quality work very quickly. He was respectful, spoke with most of my family, and he was great with the kids and the puppy while he worked.

Nick was very pleasant conversationalist, gave great attention to all of my ideas and questions. He was super knowledgeable and efficient with project of installing a bathroom electrical outlet and splitting the two overhead lights to two separate wall switches- he knew exactly what to do!

Tyler and Nick did a great job replacing two panels. Tyler showed me where circuit breakers were arching and introduced me to the history of these flawed panels. I also learned how I was not a unique case but these electrical panels are being replaced often in North Alabama!!! The whole Southeast.

Out of the blue this rather large heavy and expensive chandelier fell from its fittings on Thursday. By Friday morning Nick from Mister Sparky was at my door, within 90 minutes, the fixture was back in its place and working perfectly! This is the third time I’ve called Mister Sparky for home electrical repair. Third time the work has been exceptional.

This was my first experience with Mr. Sparky. I was referred to them by my contractor who was installing new flooring and remodeling the master bathroom. The Mr. Sparky office was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The technician, Matt, was very knowledgeable and great to work with as well. I do a lot of DIY projects, so he was very accommodating in offering me options. He installed a a heated towel rack in the master bathroom, and two separate outlets where we are adding cabinets in the breakfast nook.
He took his time and made careful measurements before starting, I liked the way he cut clean holes in the drywall and saved the cutout sections so that they can be easily replaced. He cleaned everything after the work and left no mess. In addition, he was very pleasant to talk to. An all-around enjoyable experience.

Tyler and Curtis showed up promptly when scheduled to replace my service panel as well as additional work. Tough, tedious job that took several hours in the heat and humidity, but they were very professional, cleaned up after, coordinated the city inspection and explained everything thoroughly upon completion. Contacted Mr. Sparky for installation of a Tesla wall charger. They had us on the schedule within 24 hours and taken care of the same day they came out. James was our technician and I was very impressed with his professionalism and end result. He was on time, easy to work with, and came up with a great solution to a more-difficult-than-it-should-be problem with routing the wiring for our charger.
