I had a defective light switch that needed attention. I was surprised at the ease of scheduling an appointment just by using the links on the Mr. Electric WEB page. And then I was even more impressed by Spencer, the technician who came to the house. Spencer arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional and personable. Spencer immediately inspected the light switch and diagnosed the problem. He then repaired the switch and did an inspection of the fuse box. I would not hesitate to schedule another appointment as needed.

Justin Hill came out to help with my electric issues. He was quick and very knowledgeable on everything. Gave me several tips and pointers on things to look out for . We will definitely be giving him a call for anything else in the future.

We had Andrew and Chandler out to install an outlet and run two data lines. They provided us with a clear and reasonable quote prior to work. The work they did for us turned out clean! We appreciate the great job! Thank you both!

Justin Hill and his team did a great job on everything! Everyone was very professional, and I would use them again for electrical work at my house.

They replaced the major electrical components of my house to improve safety and reliability. They completed the work in one day, starting in the morning and finishing in the afternoon. They did all the coordinating necessary with the city as well. They also did replacements of lighting around the house.

I scheduled online in the late afternoon, and within an hour, Ryan was at my door. He did a thorough evaluation and inspection. Tanner and Brody joined him to immediately begin working on our electrical issues. They were all very professional, explained things well, took pictures documenting the problems, allowed me to take my own pictures, and completed the job the next day. I would highly recommend this company.

Dakota & Jeremiah came out this morning and changed out plugs in my home, installed a surge protector, and set us up with a company that is going to blow more insulation in the attack to make our home more energy efficient.

Dakota was able to diagnose the issue quickly on yesterday and they went to work on everything today.

So far, I am pleased with the service that we received.

Daimion replaced my bathroom switch and provided an inspection of my insure and outdoor outlets. He was very professional and thorough with his inspection. He’s very knowledgeable and was explained everything clearly and honestly. The pricing was fair and I will be using Mr. Electric for any future repairs.

Jared did a phenomenal job in replacing my smoke alarms and identifying issues with my wiring in the home with the fire alarms all being on separate circuits. When replacing the alarms, he also fixed/corrected the wiring and ensure it was secure. I will be reaching back out for the smoke detectors to be put on one for circuit in the next few months as he identified the smoke alarms were on 3 different circuits and not one.

This was an emergency due to the smoke alarms continually cycling and going off. Mr. electric was prompt in sending someone out immediately and the technician was professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I will be using them again for future repairs and updates to my home.

Hunter for Mr. Electric can not be praised enough! Fast, efficient, and fair. He came assessed the job and within minutes got to work all while educating and making the experience absolutely pleasant. He has absolutely made me a lifetime customer. He installed a garage heater and educated how to make sure to get optimal use out of it.

Hayden and Dakota were great! We had to get all new appliances, new breaker box, and a bunch of wiring issues fixed. They got the work done in three days. Our power had gone out in the living room and they got it fixed the same day they came for the inspection/estimate. Very nice guys and they made sure to clean up after themselves. Pricing is steep but very worth the work they put in. Their payment plans are also very forgiving. Definitely recommend this company.

I had Mr Electric Technicians Stephen and Chandler install two new outlets in my home for the smart toilets that I'm having installed. They told me that they would be at my home at 8:00am and they were on time and finished in a timely manner,great work !

This has to be the most expedient electrical experience I have had. I knew that I had to do a replacement, but I thought it would take hours and hours. Andrew came out, he assessed what was needed, he was very good at making sure that I understood what the state of my box was and what he was going to do. He went over the pricing and when it was agreed to, he got to work. My power was back up in two hours and he went from room to room making sure all outlets and lights were properly working. He explained the work with photos and extended follow on service for several things inside my home that I could upgrade (I have an old home). Andrew’s service was top notch! I plan on making sure that Mr Electric (Andrew) continues to meet my home’s needs! Thank you thank you!!!

Isac, Wyatt, Chandler, Dakota all did some major work for me . I had to have an electrical panel installed and also my service pole. They also install some smoke dectors for me as well. They started installing my panel the same day they gave an estimate for it . Everyone of these guys were very professional, also friendly, and explained everything to me that needed to be done. I will definitely use them again when I need to . Thank you for yalls hard work and quickest.

Justin replaced all of our light switches, outlets, and smoke detectors, and he was honestly one of the best home repair professionals we’ve ever had in our house. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly patient while explaining what was being done. My mom asked the same questions multiple times, and Justin never once showed frustration, he took the time to explain everything calmly and kindly each time. That level of patience and respect really stood out to me and left a lasting impression.

He also left the work area cleaner than when he arrived, and the quality of his work was phenomenal from start to finish.

We will absolutely be using Mr. Electric again and will be requesting Justin. Highly recommend
