I am extremely pleased with Todd's inspection of a home I purchased. He explained everything clearly and offered to answer any additional questions, which I had. The report system he used is by far the best one I've seen, including a tool that allows the buyer to quickly generate a list of requested repairs. I believe the value of the inspection was exceptional given how thorough and clear everything was presented. It is obvious that Todd lives and breathes this stuff when you discuss any of it with him. This was the first time I used Todd but I would certainly use him in the future if the need arises.

The inspection performed by Todd at Integra on our newly constructed home was simply outstanding. We needed a thorough, objective inspection that would identify possible defective conditions, provide adequate documentation, and would release the findings in a timely manner. Todd’s well-established systematic approach, along with his excellent work ethic, clearly delivered the inspection info that we needed. Todd’s final report format was well organized and was designed to make it easy for the recipient to quickly understand the primary findings without having to sort back and forth through all the pages. The report immediately listed the primary findings in an easy-to-read, line-by-line summary that would serve as a convenient time-saving checklist for contractors who provide the corrective action. The summary was followed up with photo documentation along with additional detailed information for each item, which were listed in numerical order and categorized by level of importance.

The bottom line: I highly recommend Todd for home inspection. He is practical, efficient, focused, very knowledgeable, and he provided excellent post-inspection feedback discussion to answer all of my questions.

Integra is very thorough and have used Integra twice for different homes. You are provided a summary and the very lengthy detailed report. We had an early morning inspection and after lunch the report was provided just before preliminary walkthrough for our new house. Highly recommend!

Todd came highly recommended to us and he did not disappoint! His attention to detail and thoroughness was very much appreciated. His report is easy to follow and clearly explains any deficits that the seller must address. He even has recommendations for maintenance on specific items in and outside the home. We plan to print ours out and use it as a home guide and make the small repairs and maintenance he recommended. In general, he was quick to respond to any questions we had about the report and was always very helpful and courteous. We can’t recommend Todd enough!

Todd Thuss does an excellent job of providing timely and professional service. The inspection services he offers are thorough, and the findings report he provides is clear and easy for all to understand. His report is available in both print and digital formats, including digital media photos/videos as needed for clarity. In addition, Todd provides some additional literature related to home maintenance that is useful to any homeowner. Todd's services are not advertised as the cheapest in our region, but after seeing his work, I can certainly understand why. I highly recommend Todd for any home inspection needs you may have.

Todd at Integra told me from the start he tries to make the inspection the easiest part of a home purchase. He really delivered. He was able to get me scheduled on short notice. His report was extensive and had great detail (I'm handy, but even for less handy people it would make sense). He was more than happy to schedule a call to explain anything I wanted (8:30 in the evening). 10/10 would pick Integra again. I feel confident with Integra.

Thorough is about the only word I could use to describe this inspection service.
Our inspector found several issues that the builder had missed. He even noticed that the concrete was poured incorrectly at the entrance to the house. Sure enough, it rained yesterday and there was standing water exactly where he said it would be!
He found a structural defect in the roof truss system and many small defects that needed attention as well!

I have had property inspection’s done in the past on homes that I was buying and none of the inspectors where as thorough as Todd was. The report arrived that evening. I had some questions about a few things on the report and he responded quickly to my questions.
I wouldn’t use anyone ever again if I where buying any new home.
