Tried to cancel contract within the 30 day cancellation period. They stated in an email they would cancel then received invoices for a total of $750 (for the remainder of the year)! Can't get anyone to discuss this over the phone and the "service department" has different people responding (as the person stated on the phone) and doesn't respond for days/weeks at a time. Been dealing with this since 9/1/2016! Still trying to get this resolved on 11/1/2016! No one will discuss this over the phone!
