Tried to cancel contract within the 30 day cancellation period. They stated in an email they would cancel then received invoices for a total of $750 (for the remainder of the year)! Can't get anyone to discuss this over the phone and the "service department" has different people responding (as the person stated on the phone) and doesn't respond for days/weeks at a time. Been dealing with this since 9/1/2016! Still trying to get this resolved on 11/1/2016! No one will discuss this over the phone!

Jeremy came by today to take care of our quarterly pest control. He listened to my concerns about what I was seeing in the house and the wasps outside. He explained exactly what he would be doing and where and made sure everything was non toxic and my grandchildren and pets (though we have none) would be safe around it.
He even sprayed our screened in porch, and mailbox (wasps nest). Also sprayed outside around the house and front porch, where those sneaky creatures can make their entrance.
